So far this place has been super frustrating. I went through hoops and hurdles trying to get my daughter therapy that she needs and I when I first showed up for her appointment they told me that they didn’t have enough information and, SENT US HOME. so on her next visit they called and canceled. This happened twice so I called them and asked them to please let me know when she can start her therapy sessions. Well they never called me. I had to reach out to them. And when I did they THEN, gave me the wrong dates and times on when her therapy would be so she missed a appointment. Then I get a call today of course before her appointment tomorrow and they said that she has been removed from the list. Are you kidding me!?! When the first few times it was there fault because of the improper scheduling! I understand that you have a lot of patients that you guys deal with daily however you need to do proper scheduling and take accountability. I’ll be finding a better therapy for my daughter. Oh and I forgot to mention multiple times that Therapist had canceled before and I kept getting calls and voicemails from them and I physically had to ask them is there a problem that they had with my daughter as to that was the reason why maybe they kept canceling.

Very bad service I would attend the online sessions and then they were the ones who didn’t make it on their end and then tried saying I wasn’t the one attending the online sessions and I had a lot of cancellations when I never canceled. I called multiple times to report the problem to the front office and even told them the link they gave me wasn’t working because nobody would show up. They never called to make an arrangement or talk about solving the issue or resending me another link. Worst ever. They didn’t even offer me the option if I wanted to do online or in center therapy just threw the online sessions at me. Already notified my insurance about the issue. Still waiting to get a response for occupational therapy.

This place is TERRIBLE. I’ve bent over backwards to get my autistic child speech and occupational therapy here. But every other week the call me threatening to kick him out for missing sessions he didn’t even miss! They told me he missed 4 sessions that he didn’t and I had to prove them wrong. The scheduling department is horrible. Their own therapists won’t show up for a session then mark my son as absent. Staff has a terrible attitude. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They are nothing but headaches.

This place is horrible at scheduling. My daughter has been on a waitlist for ABA for months now. My daughter also needs OT and individual therapy. I figured why not do it all there right? They kept trying to schedule my child for Telehealth appointments. Mind you my child has combined ADHD and is 5 years old. She does not do well with sitting still and looking at a screen for a whole hour. She’s more receptive to in person sessions. I don’t know why their staff insist on only doing Telehealth with little ones. Long story short they recently called me for a in person appointment. I was at work with a client and missed their call. The scheduler left me a voicemail to call back to set up her appointment. When I returned the call back (not even 30 minutes after) they told me they told me they gave someone else my daughter’s appointment and my daughter was placed back on the waitlist again. I spoke with the scheduling manager about it and she just seemed dismissive of my frustration.

Impossible to get a call back, this place needs to stop accepting referrals they can’t or won’t handle. They are causing more harm to ASD children than any good they are attempting to do. DO BETTER!

My 11 year old was referred here first problem was just trying to make the first appointment called the office everyday for over a week and left voicemails no response at all. I finally got ahold of someone at the front desk who had to transfer me to another person who does scheduling. 2nd thing wrong was we had a zoom call at 2:15 we went on the call 10 minutes early no one showed to the meeting after waiting 30 minutes I tried calling the office to see what was going on. I had to call the office over and over again until 3pm when someone finally answered. I ask them if they could figure out was was going on and they inform me oh your appointment was at 2:15 yes I've been on the zoom call for over 50 minutes now. They then say I have to reschedule my appointment. Then say oh the doctors camera wasn't working. Well why didn't I receive a call or email saying the camera wasn't working and if the camera wasn't working she'd still be able to get onto the zoom call I just wouldn't be able to see her. 3rd and final straw was had to make another appointment and after the front desk telling me that the evaluation is over zoom but not the normal appointments. The doctor starts off the call with all appointments are over zoom. Nooppeee stay away from this office 0stars.

I felt discriminated I had my first appointment for my 2 year old and there was a mistake I guess they were expecting someone else The therapist/ specialist walked past me looking for someone older I guess and spoked to the receptionist. The receptionist called out my child’s name and then the therapist made a face, she never approached me and walked back to some office. The receptionist then talked to me to apologize for the mistake and asked me if I knew English because I believe the therapist only Spoke English, she only judge me for my appearance and since I was in my work uniform I guess she though I didnt know English I felt discriminated by her I’m definitely not returning to this place

After evaluation tried to set up an appointment they have no availability at all and did not know when they will have. Why are they even taken referrals if they have no availability.
