DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My father was in horrific shape when we took him home from this facility! He had a terrible rash from being left in soiled clothing for hours on end. He seemed to have lost his ability to speak until about a week after he came back home. It was like they gave him a lobotomy! He went in because he was having issues walking and came out unable to STAND, or COMMUNICATE! It took about two weeks for him to RECOVER from being at Encompass! Now he is back to his normal self, but still can't walk. How sad is that? He was treated more as an inconvenience rather than a human being! NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed. Encompass was caring for my dad. He started coughing up blood and bits of tissue, and when this was brought to the attention of the nurse, she claimed it was normal in COPD patients. They released him from they're care very shortly after, stating he's getting better. Less than a month has passed, and were here at enterprise medical center because of pneumonia. It was found out he has a tumor in each lung, one the size of a tennis ball. Hows this getting better??

I want to thank Joy Valentino .for bringing a ray of sunshine into my life and recovery from knee replacement!She is indeed a treasure....i will miss her greatly!Anyone lucky enough to.have her come to their home will benefit!God bless u honey..ur so missed😥😍 .
