Enhabit Home Health

My grandmother passed away at the end of February and we have been deeply sadden by the loss of such a great woman. Enhabit was beyond amazing. They made sure we had a wonderful experience during a horrible time. The most noticeable part besides the care we recieved was Ms. Nicolle who admitted her for us. She was by far the best thing to happen to us. She was massively attentive and caring and although we understand how busy and hard this job can be, she gave her all to make sure that not only my grandmother was taken care of but that the entire family knew we had their support. I don't know how we would have made it through what we went through without her. And the care didn't stop once she left. She made sure we could get in touch with her and when we reached out she was extremely responsive and helpful. It was like having one of our own family members on the "inside" taking care of our beloved grandmother. We can't thank her and the entire crew at Enhabit for everything they did for us.

Enhabit has been amazing to me. With their guidance and encouragement, I am taking steps for the first time in 3 years. God is amazing!!!! Than you Steven, Tyrone, Eddie, Jordan and Chris!!!!!

Our experience with the Encompass Hospice team was excellent. They were fast to respond to our unique needs and offered compassionate advice and care. Mandy and Kayla were amazing. Their expertise at helping make your loved ones comfortable in their last days is truly a blessing. Their experience and passion for what they do really shows and was truly invaluable to our family during a very emotional time. They patiently explained so many things to us that we didn't even realize we needed to ask or look for... I am so grateful that they were there to help us at the end of my father's life. I highly recommend their services to anyone caring for a terminally ill loved one. Kayla was by our side that last day and ensured my father and his failing body eased out of this world in a calm and comfortable state and for that we'll forever be grateful.

I’m not even going to entertain the negativity on these reviews because Encompass Home Health was the best! Rehab- Jacqueline Jones was our favorite of all times, excellent service, great personality, funny, and easy to love 💕 Cecilia was a delight! Then Encompass Hospice was called in as Ms Donna was declining “ they were fabulous professional, explained the steps of declination where we would understand, 24/7 care. Thank you to all the nurses Mandy, Alexia, Ashley you were my redeemers throughout this whole scenario of our loss! Cindy thank you for coming out dressed like church and jumping in and bathing my friend 🙏🏼 You ladies were fabulous best support system ever and I’ll use you again. Cindy Grace

We have Alacare/Encompass Home Health ( Rehab) for my 68 year old mentally retarded brother. They are excellent! Desiree was his therapist and she was so great with him. During his rehab visits they formed a special little bond . And because of her putting in the extra effort with him, he did simply wonderful! We only have one or two more visits left which is great, but we are certainly going to miss her!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Being a nurse myself, this was by far the worse care my husband received. After a toe amputation they saw him once a week and sent one box of supplies with minimum wound care products. Not to mention my husband was diabetic and on peritoneal dialysis that none of the nurses seemed to be aware of. Never knew when they were coming. I would not recommend them to any one. The worse home health service we ever received. If there name is mentioned to your love one run away as fast as you can. Unfortunately my husband passed away on last Tuesday and the nurse showed up right in the middle of the coroner assessment because did not contact me or him prior to her arrival.

My Mom needed care for Ovarian cancer. The nurses that visited for Mom were the best! Taylor,Melissa and Lindsey! The social service was great as well.

The nurses we had we’re good but the physical therapy and speech therapists take the cake they are so nice and have amazing bedside manner!
