This is my 5th day going to this facility and the staff is very professional and caring and organized I had knee surgery and I all ready feel like I'm progressing. This facility is also clean and well kept up I would recommend this place to everyone. And thank you to the physical therapy staff for all they do to getting us back to ourselves.

The front desk employees and doctors are horrible, I have 5 pm appointments until 6pm no one call & when I ask there is name front desk call rojina something she so rude & said what happened even no serve to way, it’s very disappointed, therapy & chiropractic doctor was awesome,

The therapy place is good. But the doctors are horrible. They make people wait for hours. Doctor takes 30 minutes break per every patient. Which takes away a lot of time and they don’t even do anything when they call you.

I have been going here and I have to say this staff is absolutely amazing. Very Professional from the doctor and his entire team. I would recommend this office to anyone who would like professional services. Thank you for making my journey here so comfortable. I appreciate everyone of you!!

I strongly recommend this place. I’m currently doing my physical therapy as a result of being in a car accident in October 2021. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional staff all the way from the front desk to the staff at the physical therapy section. If you go early as soon as they open you would be done within an hour, it might seem busy but it goes pretty fast.

Great accident doctor in Richmond Hill. Nice modern clean office. Very kind staff.

Looked a little sketchy at first, and the chairs are arranged very strangely here. However, the staff at the front desk are extremely lovely and helpful. As soon as you walk in, they notice you and will immediately provide you with assistance. I came along with my dad, so I don't know exactly what the inner offices look like or how the doctor is like, but from the outside, this place looks great.
