Meg has been a life changer as I had a partially torn ACL which I was told over and over needed surgery. After 8-months of constant pain, I went to Meg as a last stop before surgery. After three sessions, my pain was gone and I was able to run and play with my kids again with no surgery! She is amazing, highly knowledgeable and does everything with incredible care.

I am grateful I was referred to Megan Flaig by my PCP for an acute exacerbation of chronic back pain with severe sciatica. I saw Megan a little over a year ago with severe back pain brought on by prolonged sitting while driving on a long RV trip and a car accident a few months prior. I was so incapacitated I could only walk a half a block or less without stopping because of the pain. My PCP referred me to Megan because of her holistic approach, combining mindfulness with physical therapy. Each session lasted an hour. At my initial appointment Megan took a complete history of my back pain, including psychosocial issues that might contribute to my pain and performed an appropriate physical exam. I literally broke down in tears as I recounted the past year of physical and emotional traumas as well as my fear that I would never be pain free, be able to ski again or take a planned trip to Europe which included considerable walking and a five day bicycle tour. Megan combined her knowledge and skills, listening, doing massage, giving me physical therapy exercises and helping me understand that some of my pain was intensified by repetitive pain memory, the mind/body connection. I am happy to report that after 8 sessions with Megan and my diligently doing the exercises she gave me, I am pain free. I skied last season, took the trip to Europe and am skiing again this year. I diligently do the exercises Megan gave me and know that if my pain returns I now have the “tools” to get better. I am a retired family physician and in my opinion Megan is one of the best and most gifted physical therapists I have seen.

Meghen Flaig makes pain go away, or so it seems. Actually she knows what you yourself need to do to make pain go away. If you do the work she prescribes for daily exercise, physical and mental, all kinds of pains and limits to what you can do simply fade into the background and are hardly noticed, if at all. I can physically carry on like I was 30 years younger. It's not easy nor is it magic; it's simply doing the work she knows will produce good results. I was puzzled at the purpose of one exercise that began with me flat on my back and then rolling and thrusting myself vertical without using my arms. So I asked, "Is this so when I'm 90 and fall down, I can get myself up?" "Exactly," she answered, "but more importantly, the strength you gain from practicing this should keep you from falling in the first place."

Meghen has been extremely helpful in getting my nerve pain under control. No more serious pain medicine is needed in just two weeks. She is teaching me the skills I need to fix the problem at the source. Very helpful for self help solutions.

Meg is an amazing physical therapist. Her ability to listen, carefully examine, and accurately diagnose has made an on-going difference for me as I've dealt with injuries and several surgeries. Her compassion, vast professional knowledge, and years of experience is profoundly helpful! I tell all of my friends about her!!

I am not new to Meg and her methods, for very good reason. She has been key to my recovery from back surgery, various joint issues, and headaches, and for foot pain. Working with Meg requires collaboration -- she asks tons of questions, listens intently until she understands the history and nature of the problem, explains in language that I can understand, formulates a recovery plan with strength and mobility exercises, and then it is up to me to follow though. Meg always instills me with confidence that if I follow "our" plan, things will improve, and they always do. I have complete confidence in Meg and highly recommend Endurance Physical Therapy.

My first appointment with Meghan of Endurance Physical Therapy, I knew I was in the hands of someone special. I was right! I am a 72 year old retired teacher. I still substitute and spend hours standing and half bending over to help students. Over the years I have had just about every limb and body part “under the knife” with one type of surgery or another. I have terrible neuropathic, burning stabbing pain on my right side. Meg was able to calm my nerves down by her gentle massage, comforting words, and “we can do it” confidence that this can get better. I believe her. I can’t wait to get started with my journey with Meg.

I highly recommend Meg Flaig! As a result of working at a desk my entire career and bad genetics I have experienced neck and back pain and injuries. Multiple surgeries led me to Meg. She has developed a personal program that has allowed me to continue to be active. I hike, swim and run and I can’t imagine not being able to enjoy these activities. Meg provides encouragement and adjusts the exercises as needed but always keeps you moving forward to accomplish your goals. Thanks Meg for getting back out into the great outdoors! You are the best!
