As a nurse and an avid runner, I’ve experienced my fair share of physical strain and injuries. I’ve worked with a variety of health professionals, but I can confidently say that Felicia is one of the best. She has an incredible understanding of the biomechanics of running and worked with me to identify the root causes of my discomfort. Rather than just treating the symptoms, she focused on preventative care, teaching me exercises and stretches tailored to my body and running style. Every session felt personalized, and I could tell she genuinely cared about my progress. Not only did Felicia help me recover from a nagging injury, but she also improved my running form, which has made a noticeable difference in both my endurance and comfort during longer runs. If you’re a runner dealing with an injury or just looking to improve your performance, I highly recommend Felicia. Her expertise, dedication, and passion for helping runners are unmatched!

Before finding Felicia I had almost decided that the only way to end my running pain was to stop running entirely….fast forward to now and I am running the highest mileage I have ever done, pain-free! Nothing I tried on my own in attempt to get rid of my reoccurring shin splints had ever worked and I can confidently say that Felicia’s training changed the game for me. I am a couple weeks from running a half marathon that I didn’t think was going to be possible 4 weeks ago! I am grateful for her positive mindset, extensive running form knowledge and physical therapy training. Not only has her training and guidance significantly changed how I feel while running, but it has allowed me to be pain free after running & throughout other daily activities. I’m grateful for the encouragement, guidance, & the belief that you don’t have to stop doing what you love, you might just need to adjust how you’re doing it!

Felicia was so great!! After months of knee pain from running, I decided to try physical therapy. Felicia immediately identified my injury and knew exactly how to rehab it. During my first session, Felicia analyzed my running form and then gave me some stretches and exercises to do for my specific injury. After only 2 weeks, I had significant improvement in my pain and performance! I was shocked at how quickly I recovered. I would highly recommend Endurance Ally - my only regret is not going sooner!

I went to Felicia for help with low back pain, weakness, and sciatica. I’ve been to plenty of physical therapy in my life due to knee and back surgeries. Felicia’s friendly approach was more holistic than any physical therapist I’ve worked with before. After 6 sessions, my sciatica is gone, I’m dead lifting, and squatting for the first time in years. Not only have I gotten my strength back, but also my confidence! Highly recommend!

Great experience here with Felicia! She was great at communicating beforehand and even following up after to make sure things were working as they should. Following her plan she gave me I have been able to get my longer runs back! I don’t live in the area but travel through for work and will definitely stop back by when I am in town again.

I came to Felicia with chronic pain and injury, which was preventing me from running, and some days even walking. The gait assessment was a perfect jumping off point for my treatment plan. The Runeasi analysis threw up some really surprising data, which Felicia immediately worked on to correct. It's been fun over our sessions to see how my 'numbers' have improved since working on my strength and mobility, and especially my gait.

I just did a running gait analysis with Felicia at Endurance Ally. She gave me so much insight into my running form. Not only did the analysis provide insight into my form, but she also gave me things to work on to improve it. One thing she observed was my vertical oscillation — I was a “bouncy” runner which wastes energy going up and down that could be used going forward. She gave me one simple cue to implement on my runs and just by implementing this specific cue, my mile splits have been faster without necessarily pushing the effort harder to get to those paces. Even the easy runs where the effort felt like a slower mile proved to be 30-45 sec/mile faster. I’m really excited to continue implementing this cue, as well as the exercises she suggested to work on a couple weaknesses she also observed and see where this takes my running over the coming months! I plan to follow up with her at the end of summer with another gait analysis to see where my form is at by that point.
