The Lady at the front desk named "Crystal" is way too unprofessional. The only way to schedule an appointment here at Encore Wellness center is through the Front-dest and one should prey that she is not on the shift otherwise, regardless of how polite you try to be, she will make you feel that you owe her a favor and she would really give you a hard time scheduling an appointment. Besides the scheduling and her attitude issues, she never even listens to the patients. She prefers to cut you off, finish what she wants to say and reply sarcastically. Even if you say, I want to speak to the doctor, she would simply say no and would say just tell me your concern "And Again SHE WON'T LISTEN" regardless you wanted to ask a general doctor-patient kind of question or you wanted to speak to a different front desk person. In very simple words, Crystal is very arrogant and way too hard, rude and mean to deal with.

My physical therapy consisted of only a hot towel left on my ankle with absolutely no manipulation , range of motions exam or anything . I’m a massage therapist and worked in PT for five years and this lady was terrible . I asked what her title was and she said Dr of Physical therapy . What a joke !

They need just your insurance and don’t care about you! Don’t waste your time 😡
