Encore Rehabilitation-Thomasville

I’ve struggled with chondromalacia patellae for many years. After one visit, Megan had me walking up stairs with zero pain, literally hadn’t felt that good in years. She was detailed and patient in explaining to me how to best deal with my knee issue. After implementing what she taught me in my daily routine, my knee pain has greatly reduced.

I can't say enough good things about the professional and friendly staff at Encore Rehab Thomasville. Janice Kania and Nikki Cunningham demonstrate the highest level of care and concern about you meeting your therapy goals. They work very hard at getting you back on track post injury/surgery and pain free....you just have to do your part. Ms. Dorothy goes well out of her way to get you scheduled, and they all go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Highly recommended!

The workers at this facility was awesome! My therapist was very helpful and I feel much better. The receptionist was wonderful as well such sweet people. I highly recommend Encore.

I had a very unprofessional experience with Encore in Thomasville Alabama. I still don't know who is the therapist nor what was the plan of treatment. The person can assume is a worker at this place ask me about my medical history in the treating area publicly. I regret I didn't realize it until i began to answer questions. This was my first visit and last. The man actually just pointed at me and command me to sit in a chair. I never got my questions answered.

Excellent staff! Luke and Janice are the best physical therapist. They did great with my 84 year old dad. I highly recommend Encore Rehabilitation in Thomasville. Thank you for taking care of my dad!
