Encore Rehabilitation-Spanish Fort

I have only been there once and everyone was exceptionally helpful. I was with Morgan, she is wonderful! She listens. She was so helpful and caring. I can’t say enough about her! I had surgery on my left knee, meniscus. I look forward to working with her again, and also to meet the other therapists.

I was verbally abused by the therapists named Buffy Roads. I was made to feel less than human. I am sure she treats the white patients better, . She seems extremely hostile and her mannerisms are man like and hateful. I had a bad feeling about this place from day one. The entire staff just wants to bill the insurance company and could less about patients . This place is cruel joke and should be closed down.

Sarah and her knowledgeable team did a great job helping me after my shoulder surgery. They are all very friendly and I could tell they all love what they do and take great pride in there work. Thanks for the great help. John
