Absolutely awesome staff. Paige and Haley were wonderful and made me feel like family. Worked me hard but good. Will always appreciate the friendliness and professionalism everyone showed me during my recovery. I would like to make a suggestion from a patient point of view, the acoustics in the new facility are terrible when trying to communicate with your therapist. Carpet? Also for safety sake. Love the folks.

The physical therapist Paige is the best! She provides not only homecare exercise instruction, but she is very hands on with therapy while you are there! She and her awesome team are always looking out for the best for you and your recovery! I'm so glad I chose Encore Phenix City~!

I was seen for 6 weeks, 2 times/week and the injury I came in with went from acute to pain-free with their expert care. I predominantly had Brandon and he took his time, guiding me through my exercises and conscientiously taking notes to keep my therapy consistent and progressing. Julia, the PT clinic director always had a greeting for me and worked with me a few times. Her expertise was apparent and appreciated. All in all, this is the best PT facility I've experienced and I have been to several, in other states. Feel comfortable trusting that they will give you excellent care! Thank you Brandon, Julia and Lindsey!

Interning here was nothing short of amazing. Julia is truly a gem. Since my first day Ansley and Julia have always made me feel so welcomed. I love how passionate and driven Julia is and how caring she is to her patients. Julia is always open for learning and teaching you all that comes with PT. I have learned so much from her about physical therapy. I went in not knowing if physical therapy was the career path for me but Julia truly has me leaning towards PT more. I recommend any students who are undecided or in PT school to intern here or do clinical here! This was an incredible learning experience for me. I couldn't have chosen a better place to intern. Thank you Julia!

My son goes to Encore and receives wonderful therapy from Dr. Mallory. She is very passionate about her field of work. His therapist was able identify an injury before his MRI and sure enough, she was smack on it! Very welcoming and clean environment. Thanks team for all you do!

The staff here is Awesome. They encourage you through your difficulties and take the time to explain everything to you, such as how it will benefit you and strengthen whatever it is. The therapist encouraged me to come in one day and my pain was a 10+. After my stretches, exercise and this technique call cupping(maybe spell wrong) my pain was almost gone. It was 75 to 85% better. So if you are looking for Therapy where the atmosphere is inviting and you are not feeling rushed along to get the next client this is your place. What are you waiting for make your appointment already!!!

Wow! I feel fabulous! I love Megan,(life) Julia and Jennifer at Encore. I had a total knee(same knee) replacement in 2017 and 2019. A lot..... Someone recommended this place and I'm so glad I chose them. I started out probably at 50(crazy) degree range. Today was my last day 😥.... But God... because I walked out of there today with a range of 107!!!!! Megan you changed my life. I'm grateful... Thank you!

I absolutely love Julia and the staff at Encore! They are super accommodating and beyond professional. I would certainly use them again and would recommend to anyone! If you are in need of physical therapy I highly recommend considering Julia first!!
