Knowledge and expertise of all the employees is top notch. From front desk to back staff. Their customer service, compassion, and empathy makes you really feel like they care and they do. You are not just a patient with them. They are definitely 10/10 with me.

My experience with these folks have been AWESOME!!!! They know what they are doing. The exercises are simple and they know what bones and muscles you need to move and how to work with ya. Great personalities and lots of patience. Keep up rhe GOOD WORK. !!!!!!

Encore in Moulton is great. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I was at ease with the whole rehabilitation process and I feel that i was taught what I need to do to ensure I do not re- injure myself going forward.

Based on my experiences staff behavior is unprofessional. In my opinion they have no concept of patient privacy, patient respect, patient rights or HIPAA laws.

I highly recommend this facility. The parking is only steps away from building; essentially no waiting if you arrive at appt time; staff is prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous; very nice atmosphere, including temperature; staff are very accommodating and approachable if you need something, including the front desk clerk who makes your appointments; and you get reminder texts a day before your appointments. Two thumbs up to the awesome staff at Encore Rehab in Moulton!
