Encore Rehabilitation-Lucedale

Encore in Lucedale is the worst. They actually punctured my lung during dry needling causing a collapsed lung. When my husband called from the emergency room to inform them. Susan, the therapist that caused the damage didn’t show any sign of care. She just stated that we had to understand that was a possible “side effect”. When I complained of pain in my chest at the time of the needling I was told repeatedly to just calm down and take a deep breath. My lung was collapsed. I couldn’t take a deep breath. But instead of listening to me they just kept telling me I needed to calm down and take a deep breath. I’m lucky to be alive. But their “reputation” won’t be so lucky. Oh, and I’m still waiting to hear if they will even pay my hospital bill for 3 days in ICU.

Encore is an elite group of Physical Therapists who focus on the patient and their individual needs. They work with compassionate care and make each patient feels right at home. They realize that physical health needs vary daily and they’re willing to adjust and adapt to those daily challenges to meet each patient’s needs. I’ve been to other PT clinics before and after experiencing Encore, this will be my choice from now on, when needed. Melissa greets everyone with a smile and the Therapists all greet each client as well. I can not say enough great things about Lucedale Encore!
