I began therapy following an accident, Deanna was so nice and helpful in getting my paperwork completed and appointments scheduled. Megan has been the PT she’s very thorough and considerate in gauging the issues and meeting my individual needs. She’s good in explaining the what and why of each exercise so that it’s certain to be helpful and not hinder the efforts to relieve pain and promote recovery. So far it’s been a very positive experience.

I've had shoulder surgery and I must say the staff at Encore Rehabilitation in Jackson,AL is very friendly and is great at there job! My therapist was Megan and she did an amazing job on getting my shoulder back right after surgery.

I have had surgery on my right shoulder twice, rotator cuff. They sent me to Encore earlier this year and Meg and Tina helped me with working through the rehab process and learning exercises that have helped with my rehab and going back to daily life. Thank you all at Encore for everything you have done.

They Have A Great Staff Deana At The Front Desk Is A Plus…My First Visit I Couldn’t Pay At The Time But She Was Like Don’t Leave I Can Help You So Go Head Over And Sit Down I Was Like This My New Home For Some Weeks And Megan Is My Favorite Therapist She Wrote A Book About Me And Seem Like She Forgot It All But It Came Back Too Her Brain And I Appreciate The Push She Gave Me Too Get Me Better And I Love That About Her She Gave Me A Lot Of Exercises And She Said She Can Tell I Approve From The Leg Press, The Bike, And The Treadmill…..Etc. But Then There Was Tina That I Met Today She Saw The Improvement She Step Out The away I Did Everything Myself And I Like Her As Well But Overall The Best Staff On The Seen In A Longtime And There Boss Tough I Like Him As Well But This My Favorite Here

I had great results and a great experience at Encore Rehabilitation in Jackson. The staff was caring and listened to me and addressed all my questions and concerns. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and equipment.

If you need any type of physical therapy, I recommend this place! I loved my first visit and I'm really excited about the upcoming visits. Megan is so nice and very encouraging❤️
