Thank you John for everything that you have done for me. You are going to be greatly missed. The three months that I’ve been here you and your team has done more for me with my therapy than where I was for almost two years.. I know I will be in good hands here and the therapist will do their best to continue to help me get better and where I need to be. I can’t thank you enough but I know you have to do what’s best for you and your family. I will definitely keep you in my prayers as you move on to a new job. At the beginning of August, I went in to see Joe for an evaluation. He told me that I had a small tear in my meniscus. He saw the panicked look on my face, and reassured me that I would be ok. I could barely walk when I met him. Within a couple of weeks the horrendous pain was gone, and I was able to walk without a limp. I couldn't believe that I wouldn't need surgery. Joe and the team, worked to help me rebuild muscles, and give me the tools to be healthier. Yes, they function as a team. Everyone working there would keep an eye on me as I did my exercises and stretches. If they saw that I wasn't doing it right, they wouldn't hesitate to show me what I was doing wrong. I loved knowing that they were ALL there to help the patients! I frequently got to witness them working with elderly patients, and I can say that I would trust them with my parents. The compassion that they showed them was heart warming. I thought PT was going to be awful. That was not the case, they made it fun. They're a WONDERFUL group of people! I want to THANK everyone working there, for helping me get my mobility and life back!!!

What a compassionate, friendly, professional and knowledgeable team from my outstanding therapist Chelsea to Hunter (made visits fun) to Kimberly who answers the phone with perfect customer services skills. If you are ever dealing with intense pain or need physical therapy I seriously recommend Encore to treat your needs. I have been dealing with this neck and shoulder issue for years now and I can honestly say for the first time in forever it’s starting to feel normal again. They have an amazing team and they truly care about making you feel better. I have never been more satisfied. I was able to throw the ball with my children today and didn’t feel any pulling, pain, or tightness during or after. Seriously wish I would’ve tried them years ago. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars because they are amazing.
