Encore Rehabilitation-Gulf Shores

I made an appointment here, but after speaking with the receptionist on the phone, I cancelled. The rudest person I ever talked to about an appointment. I decided to go to Benchmark in Gulf Shores and I am so glad I did. They are the kindest people. Don’t bother going to Encore

I don't have sufficient praise for this group, but they are Top Notch. I had a partial knee replacement and I couldn't believe the progression from day 1 to 6 weeks later. The entire Staff - Amy, Chris & Charlene are knowledgeable - professional - courteous -caring individuals striving to get you back to your "normal". The facility is impeccable and well equipped to get your recovery underway from Day One.

I had a knee replacement on Monday and was in physical therapy on Wednesday. The Therapist listen to your concerns and create a program best suited for each patient. I am very pleased with the results of my therapy in only two weeks. I highly recommend doing your PT with Encore in Gulf Shores.

The best! The staff here REALLY cares about their patients! They’re all so sweet and welcoming! It’s rare to find a place where every single staff member is this friendly! If you have to go through physical therapy I highly recommend you come here!
