Encore Rehabilitation-Enterprise

Encore was a great help after my massive shoulder surgery and I would always recommend them for any type of rehabilitation. Everyone was nothing but nice and concerned, starting at the reception desk. I got all appointments at times convenient for me with a smile. All physical therapists and assistants I worked with were great as well. Nikki, Holiday, Todd and Andrea were genuinely considerate and helpful guiding me through the exercises. I received a lot of good advice for home when I had my last appointment and felt well taken care of. I saw that some reviewers had billing issues, but you can avoid those. Talk to your insurance before about your copay and out of pocket expenses and pay exactly what they tell you. Billing is not done in Enterprise, so you will have to call a number on your bill, if something does go wrong. I had to do that once, but again, had a quick and nice conversation and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend!

Some of the nicest people to help you get through a difficult time getting life back to normal after a surgical procedure. I was even told that I may have to have another procedure because of scar tissue that had formed after my shoulder surgery. But after my sweet therapist Christian’s skills, patience and caring about her patients, I had reached my goal and was clear from having to have any more procedures. My bonus is I made friends as well. Thank you Encore for being there for me and my family

Hands down one of the most friendly facilities I’ve been too throughout my long term recovery over the years. Post surgery help has been awesome. Always attentive and there for you when you’re ready for the next movement. Front office staff helps out with changes in my work schedules with no complaint and very efficiently. Shout out to Christian, Holiday and all the therapists!

Encore Rehabilitation - Enterprise feels like home! They truly make me feel like family when I walk through the doors. Everyone on the staff takes the time to be kind and makes me feel welcome. Todd has been my therapist on several occasions. He always pushes me to do my very best and celebrates with me when I hit my goals. Encore's dedication to my well-being and recovery makes me continue to use them for all of my rehabilitation needs.

Thanks to Encore Rehabilitation for getting me back on my feet - literally. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, approachable, and friendly! Though I’d prefer to avoid having to go back anytime soon, I would definitely recommend them for physical therapy and/or post op rehab. Special shout out to Holiday, Christian, and Nikki - they’re the best - though you can’t really go wrong with any of the therapists there.

I went to therapy for my Right shoulder pain. It was a painful experience at first, but after a few weeks of encouragement and hard work, I am now able to use my shoulder again without pain and I avoided surgery. I will see them again for my left shoulder (thanks Army).

All that happens is you go in, told to do a random amount of reps, then the PT walks away playing on his computer and comes back asking you done yet, you done yet, how many more how many more how many more? Damn man, do you need me to do them faster? If the count is so important get off your computer and actually BE with the patient and count for us. Pain is a powerful thing and they just don't get that. We're all just a paycheck to them. Zero personal skills. I was actually told behind closed doors I'm nothing special, which is exactly how I felt going in.

this place is absolutely phenomenal. before i had surgery i had the best therapist, if i felt like i couldn’t do anything mrs. Nikki wouldn’t make me do it. she helped me through it all! after surgery i was a little scared that i would never be able to cheer again and thanks to mr. Todd he gave me a different outlook, he put me on the leg press and i got very confident! i wanna think mrs. christian and mrs. Holiday for loving and supporting me through it all! they are all my favorite people. lastly i wanna give a HUGE thanks to dr. farris for helping me be able to cheer again. so definitely check them out. forever thankful for them helping me- addi
