Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff from the Receptionist to the Therapists. After my first visit the pain level in my back had decreased tremendously. Highly recommend!

Don't make an appointment online if you have medicaid.. they will wait till they have wasted a day of your time to tell you they sont take it

All but one therapist of the 4 I saw over 7 visits were lazy and mentally detached, i.e. just going thru the motions. Little hands on therapy when it was needed. Lazier that you would think they should be. Could have gotten just as good from YouTube for nothing. Wouldn't recommend for treatment for any long=term conditions.

The staff at Encore helped me tremendously with getting back healthy and playing after tearing my meniscus
