Encore Rehabilitation at DeKalb Regional Medical Center

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! My son is epileptic & autistic & has speech delays. He was going here to get speech & occupational therapy. I have to be with him constantly because I have his rescue medicine & I’m trained in how to use it if he has a seizure. Encore told me at the beginning of going there that I could go back with him during therapy but there was so many times they wouldn’t let me or they would argue with me about it. I left so many appointments crying! We’re no longer there and now we’re at another location. But I do not recommend using them at all!

Everyone is definitely good and well trained. Very professional and I have always been treated like I was the only patient. They encourage and push me to work harder as I heal. I can see s lot of improvement after only 6 sessions. They are some of the nicest people I've ever seen.

The therapist are professional, kind and work well with all patients. I appreciate their help and patience.
