Encore Rehabilitation - Arab

The therapists kept making extremely racially inappropriate comments about something unrelated to patient care and were not focusing on the patients due to their conversations and making some people feel very uncomfortable. Completely unprofessional I will not go back.

This was my first visit to Encore in the Arab office and I look forward to my next appointment! Jessica was thorough and very knowledgeable. I feel better already after just one visit! I am encouraged that the staff will help me over the next few weeks to feel much better!

Front desk can make or break a clinic and They have one of the Best! Brooklyn is definitely the entertainment and will keep a smile on everybody's face!

What a great experience, when walking in you are greeted by a smiling face from the office manager Brooklyn who was also pleasant to work with! Jessica, was understanding and listened to all of my concerns. 5/5 stars and highly recommend! If you're around the Arab area and need some therapy choose these ladies!

My experience at Encore in Arab, AL was totally surprising and worthwhile . First of all, before I came to Encore, I had never before experienced physical therapy in my 63 years on this earth. My first experience in Dec 2015 thru March 2016 was for therapy as the result of having rotator cuff surgery. The most recent experience was for therapy on my left thigh as a result of a pulled muscle. Both times my therapist was Josh Davis. Josh is a highly educated and devoted physical therapist whose goal is to analyze the situation and properly treat the condition. I was thoroughly satisfied with the treatment plan Josh planned for me and extremely satisfied with the results obtained as a result thereof. I'm so happy that Arab has a facility like Encore, with a staff who cares, to provide physical and occupational therapy when needed.

I showed up a few weeks later than planned do to some complications after bi-lateral knee replacement, but the team helped me not only catch up to, but surpass expectations. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. Thanks again for all your help.
