Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of The Woodlands

Tom had outstanding care at Encompass! From day one, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Majeski and his staff, nurses, technicians and therapists, were incredible and caring. We couldn't have asked for better care or better outcome. Encompass has quality care and we will recommend it to everyone we know.

The staff members at Encompass were professional, kind, caring, thoughtful and responsive. I was impressed by their time management with their scheduling of PT and OT. They were all pretty good at communications, especially LaShawn. I also appreciated their patience and understanding in handling somewhat difficult situations. The facilities are very nice and the food good. All in all, I would highly recommend this Encompass to anyone needing rehabilitation.

My father had several stays at Encompass- The Woodlands. The staff is consistent. The nurses and therapists(Samantha, Maxine & Jennifer) are caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. I cannot say enough about the Case Manager, (LaShawn) who goes above and beyond all the time. I am so thankful for the care they gave my father as well as the support they gave to our family.

My time at the rehab was truly a blessing. They made me feel right at home. Staff and doctors were amazing. Food was excellent and the service I received was like I was the only one there. Special hugs to Analiza, Rachel, who kept me in great spirits! Thanks again, Margo

This is my last Day here. I have had the best experience. I have met at least 15 different doctors, nurses, therapists, during my stay, no exaggeration. They are the most caring, and professional staff imaginable. Kinda hate leaving. 5 stars from me.

Dr. Majeski is incredible. I met him years ago while he was doing hospital rounds after my back surgery. I was so impressed that I've been going to him ever since.

I must say that I had a great experience at Encompass HRH. From the time I stepped out of the vehicle and they took me in, everyone was so nice to me. The staff was so professional and was very concerned about my situation. They took real good care of me.the hospital is so large and clean! I enjoyed the scenery there because every direction you turn, there are landscaping and animals like bird, ducks, frogs of different species and squirls playing on the premises! It kind of make you feel like you're at an enclosed mimi animal park! Very Relaxing! The kitchen staff was very pleasant and helpful with my food suggestions, and l like how snacks was delivered after hours to insure you won't be hungry throughout the night. The food was better than other hospital I've been in. Could use a little tweeking like cooking the grits longer and making them a little creamier. Also, if the persons who delivers the food could get it to you a little faster so it would be still hot enough! It would be great! Like I said, no one is perfect and doing the best they can, makes all the difference! The nurses was even willing to reheat my food without reservation. I can't express how well the therapy department helped me and was so patient about my pain! The doctors came to visit to help understand my questions about what I needed and my concerns. The case manager was so sweet and caring! She made me feel like I was a family member! I can't say anything negative about the staff because no one is perfect, but the two or three problems I may have had with getting my pain meds on time (1-hr. late) was understandable and was addressed in a timely manner. Even the patients was friendly to me and I even made a couple of friends at Encompass! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who ask! I also will even refer people who don't ask! The Shanadoah rehab was amazing. The therapists Rick, Lily and Val were amazing. I would never be where im at today without them. The nurses were awesome as well. The food was good too!
