My experience with encompass In Morgantown was absolutely the best. The therapists were amazing. They took time to explain everything to make sure that I knew what I was doing. They Helped me reach my goals and made me feel comfortable and ready to come home. Pam was amazing! She listened to me and knew what I needed to do to be able to adapt better when I got home. Mady the OT student worked with me as well giving me encouragement and helping me to get stronger in such a positive way. Stephani was wonderful! She helped me get stronger and be more comfortable with how I needed to do things always giving me reassurance. There was always encouragement and help when I needed it. They were always there for me. I would like to give them more than five stars because they totally deserve it. Blessed to have met these wonderful ladies and got a chance to have learned so much from them. Dr. Gibbs was amazing helping me get on a routine so that I was ready to get the best out of my therapy. She always had a positive and encouraging word when I saw her. The nurses and tech were great treating me with respect and kindness. So thankful for my stay.

Excellent care by staff from doctors to personal care assistants. Seen daily by doctors, both of whom were superb! OT Pam G coordinated my care and helped keep me motivated and committed to getting better, as did PT Stephanie W who helped me achieve my therapy goals. Nurse Lav gave me compassionate and gentle care. Personal care assistant John was quick to respond, listened well, but kept me moving forward to do what I needed to. It was difficult being in the hospital over the holidays, but the care I got has made all the difference in my walking again today! Thanks, all!

The nursing staff was amazing Eric, Damien,, Grace, Julie and some others I can't remember their names and I apologize for that cause they all were great . The food was very good. As far as PT and OT they pushed me to get to where I wanted to be. When I first started I told them I was going to walk out of there And I did. Zac, Jordan, Jennifer, and Eric were awesome and had me to were I was able to take care of myself after a severe spinal cord compression. I am so thankful to the staff here they treated me and my family with the utmost respect and dignity. I pray God's grace and blessings on all of you for what you do for people.

The people working the front desk are nothing BUT disrespectful. My family came to visit my grandmother and were glared at the entire time and made to feel like an inconvenience. I feel even worse for my grandma who has to put up with these people daily! Extremely rude, unprofessional, dirty, disgusting facility.

Can’t say enough good things about encompass rehabilitation in Morgantown. The nurses nursing assistance and especially the therapist go above and beyond to get the patient back to living their normal life as best they can and as quickly as they can. They are the best patient advocates you could have, when dealing with insurance companies or others that you may have to navigate. I trusted them with my daughter and that trust was not misplaced.

Very careful with every piece of therapy provided. Received good care and every employer was courteous and helpful in any way they could be. Would recommend to others to do there for rehab.

The staff was very accommodating to my Dad, but my only wish would have been that they would encourage their patients more with self care of their Trachs, more time needs to be spent on this task overall in my opinion.

My mom was discharged today. Her hospital bed was supposed to be delivered to the home with a bedside commode. The bed was delivered but is too high, even at its lowest setting. The bedside commode was not delivered. A transfer board was also supposed to be delivered to her room before discharge and it was not, I picked it up personally, which I’m okay with. However, I have called three times this evening to get help obtaining a new order for the correct bedside commode and assistance in finding a DME company that is open on the weekend. I spoke to the charge nurse and she said she would call me back, which did not happen. I was told, “call us if you need anything.” Instead, we are now stranded and hoping an accident doesn’t occur that puts my mom back in the hospital or leaves her injured. I’m pretty disappointed. However, I do want to give credit to Lindsey and Ashley, they helped my mom astronomically and I appreciate their hard work! My hope from this is that someone reaches out and helps us get things sorted out.
