Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cincinnati

Received OT and PT after fall and breaking my neck and left elbow. My therapists, Emily OT(Queen of Mean❤️) all the physical therapists and nursing staff were top notch; Senait, Jonathan, Apple and Boniface. Encompass will be forever in my heart!

I've been to Encompass 3 times now and have always been greeted with warm hearts, big hugs and friendly faces. So many caring people doing wonderful work and healing hearts, minds and bodies. Thank you so much for wonderful experiences, memories and I've come away with techniques for healing and growth and made so many new lifelong friends. Love and blessings to you all. ♡

My experience with encompass was really great! PT is Nurses Docs AIDS everyone did a fantastic job and help me with my therapy tremendously. I would recommend and Compass to anyone in need of their service. Sincerely Elaine sanker better known as Gigi!

I myself had excellent care from the PT and OP staff. I felt that they really cared about my recovery. I had a fun and caring nurse Lee. My other nurse Twanda and my daughter had a rough spat over receiving my pain meds on time. After that night thing's changed. She learned a little about me and I learned a little about her. It was apparent all was due to stress on both parties. Twanda became the best nurse possible. Always there for me. I could not have done as well as I did without her. I gifted both nurses upon my release. That's how much I cared for them. The food was just okay. The cleaning staff was sub par. The entire staff was great! Made you feel connected and well taken care of. If you weren't in your room during rounds, the doctors would come and find you. Never expected that to happen! Way to go Doc's! I would choose Encompass all over again. I was a patient with a severe, long, and hard back surgery.

Thank you encompass! My father had a traumatic brain injury in his motorcycle accident and the staff here helped with his aphasia and his physical therapy as well. The nurses were so kind and stayed with dad 24/7. Dad was wanting to leave and would get a bit agitated and the staff were all so kind and patient with him. I visited almost everyday and he got better everytime I saw him. They do all sorts of little things to help you get back to being you! I highly recommend.

The level of service and care was bad by one OT therapists named Marissa V. Her level of manipulation was bad and the way she talks to people you can yell shes kust there for a pay check, great by the nurses:Tawanda & Markedia, all my PT therapists: Abby C., Christie K, Monica M, Katie W, Donna H, Healy W, Amy W, Jenna C, even my man Chad H and cant forget Kylie ]actually cared about improving my health and strength to my OT therapists:Jenna M, Madeleine D, Erin H, Emily S cared about my quality of life and I thank you very much and we can't forget Gabby, Blair, and of course Momo, love you ladies. Would recommend them to anyone, even there rep Gabriela B. Treated me like I really mattered, like I was human that's why I chose Encompass thank you truly.

I am a patient here now and I can honestly say that I will always come here In the future for rehab. I have never in my life felt so cared for by the staff here. The supervisor Angie is the most caring person. Every staff member who works here honestly wants to help people and the nurses or rehab people who are just here for a paycheck a weeded out very quickly. The physical therapy department and occupational therapy dept are top notch. Everyone is kind and helpful and wants to see you get healthier and back on your feet. It doesn't feel like a prison either as long as you have your mind and your safe you can wander around the hospital they have a open air courtyard and you can go outside and be in the sun. I've been in many hospitals and never eaten their food the drake centers food is always fresh and it's not processes the cooks and the chef actually care enough about the patients enough to provide excellent tasting food. If you have had injury and you need rehab go to encompass. Some of the kindest nurses here that I have experienced. Every single day i am treated like a person and these people here, nurses and doctors are excellent The doctors here are amazing and just like the nurses actually want to see you progress. Dr ashok pulori is the best rehab doctor in the state of ohio please come to encompass you won't feel trapped or regret it. I have to give props to Angie if your ever having stress problems or any problem she gives off this vibe like I have known her forever and I instantly trusted her she is the best supervisor I have come across

Their teams are doing a great job in helping patients feel empowered. The physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy teams are specially amazing. Can't thank them enough.
