This here facility is a true gem in our community. We are mighty fortunate to have such an establishment to support us in times of need. Let me tell you, I've seen some of my old military buddies come through those doors after getting their hips and knees fixed, and by God, they've had nothing but praise for it. Those nurses and therapists are top notch from what I can tell when I visited a friend of mine.

My husband had a total knee replacement and was transferred to Encompass for rehab; because he had a stroke in 2022 which left him weak on the left side of his body, the therapy had to be modified somewhat. But he has done remarkably well and is able to go home after 2 weeks, thanks to the professionals at Encompass and also, a big thanks to the whole staff there from the doctors all the way to the cleaning staff. My husband's stay there was made better by all. I would definitely recommend Encompass to anyone needing therapy.
This is my 2nd time here. I have had the best care, from housekeeping to the nursing staff to the therapists. Everyone is very caring and helpful. Alexander has been the best therapist. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is caring and will push you to succeed.
My nana stayed at this facility after recovery from the hospital. The staff was very kind and attentive. I am thankful.
We had such a great experience with my grandpa! Friendly, professional, & went above and beyond for us.
place treats employees like slaves. Overworked and expecting everything to be done on time, correct or in order. For meds and patient care. For example 1 nurse aide is responsible for 20 plus patients, nurses are responsible for more than 10 sometimes. You will be so tired when you leave your shift, it’s frustrating and stressful. Company doesn’t care long as they save as much money as they can. Do not suggest working here I’m glad I resigned.
My mom went in with a UTI & they said they didn’t do urinalysis & we we needing mom to get a MRI which could not be done if she still had her UTI. Never could get medical information regarding my mom. Needless to say my caught Covid there & was never quarantined while staying in a semi-private room. They tested her on a Saturday which came back positive & was sent home on the following Monday, which meant she stay with another patient for 3 days in the same room. Horrible place. Though the physical therapist were great, the rest of the staff were not!!!!!
The staff were all terrific to my momma, however she was discharged before she could even walk independently. Unfortunately due to the release before she could walk has landed her back in the hospital with a compressed fracture in her back. I don't know why she was discharged so early but this was just plain neglect on Encompass's rehabilitation treatment.
