Had an EXCELLENT first experience with Sarah at Empowered Wellness. She gave a listening ear, was very thorough and made everything relaxing and quite enjoyable. I didn’t know what to expect at a pelvic floor exam, but I can’t wait to go back. She did dry needling on my spine and glutes and I have so much relief already. Dr. Stephanie was also so kind and welcoming at the door. Looking forward to my follow up in October!
Dr. Stephanie is so incredibly knowledgeable. She, and the whole team at Empowered, genuinely care for every patient. At Empowered, you get 1 on 1 care that is tailored to your specific needs, it is very different from chain physical therapy clinics where the PT is seeing 3 other patients at the same time. I have been able to work with Dr. Stephanie during my pregnancy and now post partum too. She is very knowledgeable and really helpful with pelvic floor therapy, as well as pain relief via physical therapy exercises and through dry needling. She is the sweetest to work with and even helped my husband through physical therapy and dry needling too which he praised his recovery to her. She truly is the best.
