Had an EXCELLENT first experience with Sarah at Empowered Wellness. She gave a listening ear, was very thorough and made everything relaxing and quite enjoyable. Dr. Stephanie is so incredibly knowledgeable. She, and the whole team at Empowered, genuinely care for every patient. She is very knowledgeable and really helpful with pelvic floor therapy, as well as pain relief via physical therapy exercises and through dry needling.
