Empower U provided me with a world-class, personalized experience that I’ve lacked through my typical in-network providers. I was treated by Alex halfway through a coast-to-coast cycling trip and credit him for my success. Alex’s treatment methods and proscribed mobility and maintenance routines were paramount in reaching my goal. I highly recommend Empower U for all your PT needs.

Tom has been helping me work through some chronic low back pain and left hip mobility issues. The focused one on one treatments with dry needling, strengthening and mobility have me nearly pain free and my workouts in the gym are so improved. As I age my goal is to keep moving and to keep in the best shape that I can. The staff at Empower U is dedicated to each client and helping you hit your personal goals. I highly recommend Empower U Nebraska. The team is caring and professional. They care about making your life better and give you to the tools to achieve that and take care of yourself moving forward. Don't be intimated by a cash based company. Its easy to send in the invoices to your insurance company and be reimbursed. It actually saves you money in the long run and your treatment is not dictated by insurance. Your therapist does what is best for you and your injury! My Empower U journey started in South Dakota and I was so excited when they opened the Omaha location. Yes, i use to drive over 5 hrs. round trip to get treatments! NO ONE in this area uses the techniques they do. You will NOT find anyone better to help you get past your injury.

Just started my journey with Empower U to optimize my golf game and I can't say enough about my experience! I will start with the first treatment; it was super beneficial to identify what areas I needed to treat so I can improve mobility while golfing. I did move forward with starting a dry needling treatment which was super helpful and honestly the first time I had ever heard about that service. I also came home with some homework so I can work on between treatments. It has been two weeks and I already see the difference. Thank you Tom and Alex!

Nate and his team at Empower U have been absolutely amazing for me. I was at a point where I thought surgery was my only option left to get any relief for an old nagging foot injury. I went to see Nate, who is incredibly knowledgable and was great at explaining what was going on with my body and why. He created a plan to get me on the road to recovery, and I have been continuing to improve since day one. I’m back to running and training in a way I haven’t in years. He’s even helped correct a few other issues that I wasn’t originally there to see him for. Would highly recommend!

Empower U has been amazing, I have been trying to fix my injury for years for I can workout and play softball without being in pain! The first treatment I felt like Tom truly cared and wanted to figure out what was going on! I have been dry needling and do exercises to help me out, it’s great that they go into detail on how this is going to help and what it does for me in the gym on the field for I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Empower U!
