If you're looking for the very best physical therapists in Idaho Falls, then look no further! I worked primarily with Cory and occasionally Talia and had an incredibly positive experience with both of them. I think what sets them apart is not only their professionalism but the fact that they take the time to get to know you as a person as well as a patient. This helped me a great deal because I felt I coiuld relax and be more receptive and look forward to my appointments (alright kind of, I mean they still made me work hard). I found Cory to be incredibly knowledgeable and what really helped with my PT was the fact that he would take the time to explain what the exercises would do and how my body had reacted to my initial injury. He was also good at gently encouraging me and motivating me when I had to do challenging or slightly uncomfortable exercises as part of my therapy. I would encourage you to choose Empower for your physical therapy.

I recently injured my back and was recommended to come see Cory to help fix it. Cory was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable about explaining what caused my issues, he did some dry needling to help relax my muscles, and walked me through several exercises to increase my mobility and what I need to do to keep improving. I went to Cory at Empower PT, and I couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge and dedication to getting to the root cause of my issues. His thorough evaluations were exactly what I needed. After visiting other clinics and feeling like I was getting the runaround, Cory's approach was a breath of fresh air. I went to Empower PT for my shoulder to avoid an expensive surgery, and they helped me reach my goal. The staff is wonderful and care very much for their patients. They made everything easy for me to understand and explained how I could get my frozen shoulder mobile again. I would highly recommend empower PT to anybody. Very friendly and smart staff! They are willing to work around schedules etc. Helped me with some tendonitus pain in the foot!

I had my right knee replaced July 2023 and started PT immediately. I have had the experience of visiting 4 other PT and Empower is by far the best. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and they encourage you to do your best. The positive attitude of everyone makes you want to do better. Not only do they work on physical rehabilitation, they work on emotional rehabilitation also. I am grateful I found Empower Physical Therapy. I went in for an assessment thinking I had knee issues, but after an evaluation by Cory, he determined I was having lower back pain. After his initial diagnosis, it all made sense with the pain I was having. We began a treatment plan right away. Cory was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped me with the back issues I was having. The entire staff at Empower PT is friendly, great to work with, and very accommodating to schedule appointments that will work with your particular schedule.
