Best team ever helped me work through my shoulder, neck and back pain. Made me feel comfortable and confident. Encouraged me every step of the way. Very realistic expectations. Gave me at home follow up exercises with photos and directions so I could keep up the good work between sessions. Thanks to the team, I am back to feeling secure instead of scared to do all the day to day activities I had avoided for way too many years. Not enough ways to thank you all. From my very first phone call with April I was taken care of. She booked my appointment immediately when I was going to wait 2 more weeks with another PT facility. The quality of care I have received from the entire team is beyond measure!! I didn’t even know how I was going to recover from an Achilles tendon rupture! The way they rallied around me during the entire process to literally back on my feet to walk again. I had a moment of defeat and they cared to cheer and uplift my spirits. Erika, Fernando, Greg, Callie, Hunter, Andy, and Evan were kind, engaging, caring, and patient during my ever so changing treatment plan. They engage with the patients and increase morale with raffles, Spirit Month, Movie Quotes, and keeping your appointments! Which you want to keep to heal!!! Thank you Empower Red Mountain Team!!! If you need PT, come here! I came here for therapy on my knee and I was treated very well! The staff is friendly, professional, fun and know their job! They take their time to explain the exercises and make sure you understand each one. It was easy to schedule and change appointments if I needed to. I'm happy that I came here and accomplished my goals, but sad it is my last day!

Today is my last day! I am sad but because of the great care and helping me get to this point you have done a fantastic job. I'm not new to therapy so I know great service and I know people who do not care. Thank you for being the people who cared and you all went above and beyond! I'm about to get back in these streets with this new knee!!!

My experience here has been phenomenal! I had a 7-month long treatment that had many hills and valleys and the team stuck with me the whole way and were very encouraging. Treatment was fantastic, they always listened to my concerns and created plans that were catered toward my needs. I couldn't recommend this location more!
