Empower Physical Therapy: Florence

I Love going to therapy here it’s the best physical therapy I have ever had. The staff was lighthearted and fun and it never made it seem like it was therapy. It always seem like it was a party in October. I’m having another total knee done and I absolutely can’t wait to get there and see Dr. West, and all of his staff, if you need physical therapy, this is definitely the place to go

The Empower team in Florence is amazing. I did therapy for 8 months after major surgery from a severe ankle break. I showed up to my first therapy session in a wheelchair after being bedridden for almost 3 months and credit the Empower team (and God, of course!) with helping me walk again, and regain my mobility and confidence ["trust it!" :)]. The team is competent, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, positive, patient, and honest with a contagious camaraderie and energy that made me feel comfortable and right at home. Empower was a blessing to me and my healing and I'm thankful and grateful for the team and all they did to help me get back to living again!

Dr. Wesley Watson and his staff have a great sense of humor when treating and talking with their patients. As I’m doing the different exercises, I’m laughing hearing the comments from patients and staff, it makes me feel comfortable in a place like that. Sometimes I dread going because it’s hard putting in the work but I always feel better when I leave and I have a good nights sleep. Thanks Empower Florence.

My wife was impressed with the staff after her first knee replacement. So we are back now after the 2nd. It's close to Home, one negative the chairs in the lobby are to low to sit on after a knee replacement. Cassie was awesome and very kind. It was nice to see Wes. Let the physical therapy begin. I'll be walking better in no time. Thanks Empower, you're top notch.

Wes and ALL of the staff helped me with my recovery from a total knee replacement. They instructed, and assisted with my therapy, gave me verbal and written exercise instructions that greatly reduced my pain and improved my mobility. My questions were answered and my progress reviewed during the course of therapy. My Thanks to all the therapists!

Everyone in this office is personable and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the services I've been receiving from them. They listen to my needs and don't push my pain limits.

Started coming here because of shoulder pain. Always leave feeling better than when I came in. Staff are so knowledgable and professional. The environment is so comfortable you feel right at home.
