Empower Physical Therapy: Downtown Phoenix

I highly recommend Empower PT! Every staff member I encountered was kind and very professional. I especially enjoyed working with my PT Tim - he helped me understand why certain exercises were important for my recovery and how to keep up with them after my discharge to prevent another injury. I felt as if the staff cared about my recovery and feel so much better after receiving treatment here!

Great location, parking, Excellent customer service, kind and friendly and very skilled with their therapy and in showing me how to do the exercises at home so I can heal quickly.

Can’t even begin to describe how unprofessional this place was. Kayla whom I never worked with once terminated me from physical therapy because I called about back pain during my sessions, she’s extremely sensitive and frantic. I NEVER MET HER ONCE OR WORKED WITH HER IN PERSON! But she was very quick to start arguing and trying to terminate me any second she could. Anytime I went in person she was nowhere to be found. Desiree the front desk lady tries hard but is unorganized and clearly still new at her job. She miss scheduled me and also fabricated I missed more appointments then i did to cover her own mistakes up. Overall sensitive staff and will make you feel worse physically than even better. The only one worth seeing is Caleb but he’s no longer going to be working there. Not surprised given the idiotic staff he has to deal with. I’d give ZERO stars if possible.

The best physical therapy office in the Valley! My Orthopedic surgeon recommended this office following my left knee surgery, and I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Kayla Scotch is very knowledgeable, and she created an exercise program that has not only restored the lost mobility in my left leg, but has also strengthened the muscles in my left leg ! The office environment is professional, and the staff does their best to ensure the PT exercises are performed in a safe manner. I highly recommend this PT office, and I can guarantee you will receive the BEST care working under Dr. Kayla Scotch and her staff !

It was an awesome experience coming here for physical therapy. I got hit by a car and I couldn't walk without pain. We did a lot of leg exercises to strengthen it. Now I can walk and run again. Everyone was super friendly there, and I felt welcomed there. Will definitely come back here again if I get hit by a car.

Empower physical therapy is an awesome facility to do one's healing and rehabilitation. The staff are so friendly, patient and knowelagavle and they work real good as a team. I highly recommend the company for ones rehabilitation and treament.

Hannah is amazing!! It was my first time here after a knee replacement i was actually crying before my appointment due to cramping pain and was very scared, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease as soon as we met! I am very glad i chose Empower! I look forward to getting back to normal physically and emotionally and i feel like she and the staff cares that i truly do!! I recommend them to everyone! This is a great place to recive Therapy. I was a huge skeptic of thinking physical therapy would help me. I thought that putting more work , pressure on my shoulder that it would hurt me more in the long run. But boy was i far from wrong. I feel great like i can do anything! Everytime i had an appointment and something came up they worked with me. Friendly staff i love this place thank you for your work and help 💜
