Empower Physical Therapy & Aquatics Institute

I went there for physical therapy of my shoulder. Maryam and her team were great and constantly attend to every single patient. She listens carefully to your issue and provides clear instructions and then consistently checks on you to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are very caring. I recommend this facility for physical therapy.

The team at Empower is absolutely amazing. Maryam is extremely knowledgeable. I've been dealing with tendinitis of my elbow for years. No other PT was able to help. I've been finally regaining use of my arm after treatments at Empower. Everyone is just wonderful. Thank you!

With all my injuries, I have seen and been to a lot of different physical therapy companies within the South Orange County area. I have finally found one that I will stay with. I have never had a better experience in every one of my sessions. I get all my questions answered in such a detailed way and I love the fact they make sure I understand my treatment and restrictions. I do have a tendency to want to push myself and they make it clear what could happen if I do so, because they truly know my limitations. I truly recommend to anyone Empower Physical Therapy. Eric

I injured my knee playing basketball and found Empower PT for rehab. I’ve had several sessions now and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. Maryam and Jenny are super friendly and never rush a session. They’ve taught me a lot of things I can do on my own at home and my knee is getting better each week thanks to the Empower team.

I love Empower Physical Therapy! They are very professional, but friendly & accommodating with great customer service. I was being treated for Plantar Fasciitis. Jenny was scheduled me in quickly & Maryam spent time with me & actually listened to what I said. Overall, I'd happily give them a 10!
