I recently completed treatment at Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The treatment I received was incredibly effective. Everyone at the facility was professional, polite, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like I truly mattered as a patient. Dr. Bouhi was exceptional—she always took the time to listen to my concerns and showed genuine care for my well-being. The entire staff was fantastic, making every visit a positive experience. With Dr Jeremy’s help and treatment exercises, my body pain is gone, I can sleep well, and in case the muscle pain is back, I know what exercises I have to do because he had taught me well. I do appreciate his patience and support also I am thankful to Vidal and Jason for their help and encouragement. I love Empower PT and Wellness. From the first time I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, and they made me feel like part of the family. The clinic itself is so clean and well organized. Doctor Justine, Doctor Jericho, and Anthony are highly qualified, experienced, and genuinely caring. They take the time to understand my individual needs and constantly update my treatment plan based on my progress, which shows their commitment to my recovery.

I started treatment at Empower Physical Therapy in February of 2020. And the Covid 19 happened, and the world changed. Surprisingly for me, very little had to change at my PT sessions as they were already very pro-active and conscious of cleanliness and the health & safety of their patients. For me, physical therapy was a very positive experience during a difficult time. The caring, personable staff made sure that I had the knowledge to help prevent re-injury and I completed my course of treatment feeling great!

I have had the greatest opportunity to participate in a physical therapy group post surgery. I must admit that I was taken aback on how professional this place. The employees treated me with utmost respect from th moment I walked into the Chino facility. Jason, the office manager, could not be any better at his job. He sat me down and created a two-week scheduling system that was was based on my working schedules. Jason is a top-notch office manager. When I needed to reschedule a few appointments due medical issues, Jason’s primary concern was my health. He made me feel very comfortable. On my very first day, I was introduced to Dr. Jeremy. He explained what the PT of my situation entails. Jeremy put his expertise to work immediately. I could not have rehabilitate myself without going to Empower in Chino. The staff has amazing skills and knowledge of physical therapy. I felt great entrusting my physical health to the rest of my rehabilitation regiment. I felt that the exercises Dr. Jeremy designed were helping me. I didn’t lose hope. Dr. Jeremy and Jason reassured me that the rest of the employees were very knowledgeable in their fields. If you are lucky to be in the care of Jeremy, Srbouhi, Vidal, Deby, Emily, and Nicole, your rehab process will be very helpful to the road of recovery. I’m so impressed at how professional these folks are at their job. With Jason’s ability to manage the Chino office, Empower will be the next go-to rehabilitation office for those who are fortunate enough to be in their care. I’m rating this operation with 5 Stars based on my experience with the entire office. Trust the Empower staff and you are well on your way to recovery.
