Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness Center

I wanted a PT to helped me return to snowboarding and climbing after a major elbow surgery; I am extremely glad I chose empower PT. Dr. Trevi has an abundance of knowledge, passion, and experience. She molded my recovery plan around my specific situation, and provided service beyond my expectations (scheduling accommodations, payment plans, curated take home exercises). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive path to recovery :)

I cannot recommend Dr. Guido enough. She helped me rehab a core issue I was having. My quality of life has improved massively and I am now able to fully engage my core and lower body. I can get back to the things I love to do, like skiing and weight lifting. I would recommend her services to anyone!

I worked with Trevi for a few months on my knee. I had knee pain for about 5 years and she was able to get everything fixed. The program was hard but she made it fun to come in every week. Highly recommend if you need PT.

Dr Trevi is a Fantastic Physical therapist! Not only are her anatomy skills and treatment skills superb, she also is a very caring human being. After a acute tear of my lateral meniscus, she put me on an immediate exercise program the same day as the injury and within a week I was walking normally and on a excellent eccentric exercise program designed just for me. I did not have to have surgery and I’m so thankful. Thank you Dr Trevi!!! P.S. This is a great facility for sports medicine. The clinic is super clean with great equipment!
