Ignore all the fake reviews. This place is an absolute mess. Insanely busy to the point of chaos. Nobody answers the phone...EVER. Go with a different facility even if it has a lower rating. This review is firmly directed at the awful management and not any of the employees. Management needs to get their act together ASAP and hire more front desk employees and/or transition the appointment scheduling online. You cannot schedule, change, or cancel an appointment UNLESS YOU GO IN PERSON!
Professional but friendly. Always sure that procedures are helping but not hurting. Clearly shows compassion for his clients.
Recently I completed six weeks of therapy for a strained hamstring and swollen leg. Brendon Chan, my physical therapist, was excellent and he provided guidance for me to continue my recovery and prevent future injury. I strongly recommend him and the Tucker Center. The Center was easy to reach and close parking always was available. Every appointment started on time! The receptionists and other staff were efficient and friendly. The facility was clean and well-equipped. What more could I want?

I went to the Center for help with a painful leg and difficulty walking following a car accident. I had little idea what was causing the problems except that it felt like a pulled muscle. Marisa isolated the problem with specificity and developed a series of exercises to strengthen the appropriate areas of the leg. While I still have a ways to go to regain normal functions, the improvement has been quite noticeable. She put me on the right track, for which I am grateful.
I’ve getting treatments 2x/wk for past 3 months at the Tucker location. I’m a cancer patient and have been fortunate enough to work with Marisa, who has special training in this area. All of the staff, and esp Marissa, have been a dream to work with. Marisa has kept the PT interesting with different activities, while gently pushing me. I’ve had PT numerous times over the years in ATL, and Marissa, and this location are the best by far!
Marissa Norrill of Emory Rehab & Physical Therapy is great. She listens intently and is willing to provide a variety of exercises to help you get back to your best normal. I highly recommend her!
Marissa was my PT at the Tucker location. After evaluating my tendon issue with me, we worked for 5 weeks to heal them. The specifics exercises and therapy she set up worked miracles fir my pain. I felt immediate relief after she recommended heel lifts, something were amazing! This is my second time at this location, and I will return any time I need help rehabilitating my body.
