Raghu is life savior to me . I had severe fatigue in upper body and Raghu had helped me regain that strength back . I am thankful to Emory Rehab and Raghu . I will recommend any one . Raghu is very experienced and knowledgeable and caring .

My therapist, Woo Jeong, was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and always asked for my feedback about my comfort level. He explained everything thoroughly with easy to follow instructions. He encouraged me with praise. I felt safe. The facility is spacious, clean and orderly.

Amazing , meets all my expectations on what a PT should be ! Woo is amazing finally I have gained part of my mobility with his help, he is super caring and knowledgeable. I am so fortunate that he is helping me and I can see so much improvement in 1.5 weeks !!!! Thank you !! So very much !!!

I would highly recommend Karen, she read my medical report and knew exactly how to take care of me. She never pushed me too hard and always made sure I wasn’t in pain. Her exercises were fun and challenging. She went to great lengths to understand why my face was numb and it really moved me. 10/10

I don't have any issues with the staff at the location, they were very friendly and helpful. This is a complaint about their billing department, they are in a mess and out of reach. There were some disputes on my account, but everything was paid off in June 2022. I even called them to confirm before I made my final payment over the phone. Only a couple weeks after that, I received my updated statement, saying I have a new balance on a couple visits that I paid off on. I called, and they told me my insurance company reprocessed the claims from these two dates a year after. Been skeptical, I called my insurance company, and of course, my insurance denied such action, and told me everything was processed and finalized in 2021. Emory is now going to send me to collection for the money I don't owe. Also, if you are on a HDHP like me, and don't want to deal with their billing department. Just offer to pay without insurance, it's much cheaper than with the insurance, and you don't have to deal with their incompetent billing department.

Absolutely enjoy PT at this facility. I feel they’re working with them make dealing with Multiple sclerosis easier

I've had 4 therapists work on me in this office. Two primary, two one time each all did excellent therapy. There still benefits to have one main therapist for your care and follow you thru all your PT in

Karen conducts sessions with a high level of professionalism, adeptly maintaining engagement while also fostering a friendly rapport with our daughter and us, the parents. Her exceptional work as a physical therapist is evident in the remarkable progress our daughter has made; thanks to Karen's expertise, our daughter is now walking comfortably with braces, a development we never imagined possible.
