Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center - Austel

I am not familiar with Smyrna and initially got turned around. I called the facility and they guided me. That was great. Parking is free and easier then going to Midtown. I was assigned to Emily and she listened intently to my problem. She is friendly, energetic, professional and knowledgeable. She gave me several stretches and I honestly had some immediate relief from pain. I am very optimistic now that I can be helped. I really like this facility and the caring I received. I happily recommend it.

Very professional therapists who also provide a relaxed environment for therapy sessions. Emily Dremann and the other therapists do an excellent job keeping me on track!

Emily has a doctorate in physical therapy. She has a pleasing personality and while reviewing my medical information she outlined a plan of treatment. Everyone at this center is friendly respectful and competent. I’m very glad I chose Emory Multe.

My therapist, Dr Emily Russell, is the best. I’m new to PT and she explains all treatments. The entire office is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I did my research on Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Ctr before I made my appointment because I wanted a to go where I would get one-on-one therapy. I have to say that the reviews I read were accurate and I'm so happy that I chose Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Ctr. The staff has been great to interact with, they really make their clients feel welcome, they're invested in your rehabilitation and they make the experience enjoyable. And Emily (my PT) has been wonderful! She's encouraging, empathetic and she can feel where my pain is without me having to tell her. I will definitely come back here for all of my rehabilitation needs!

Everyone at this facility is friendly and helpful! The energy in the room really makes physical therapy so much more enjoyable. I’m currently working with Emily Russell, and she’s the best! My experience with her has been nothing but positive. This was my second time having ACL surgery and I didn’t have a great experience with PT the first time around. But Emily is so great! I really appreciate that she meets me where I am in my recovery and we go from there. It really feels like my recovery is a team effort which is perfect if you’re like me and you can feel easily overwhelmed. She’s understanding and patient, but she also pushes me.
