Amy is very patient and knowledgeable. Asks for feedback as exercises are introduced to make sure I am comfortable with them as we progress. Provides a good pace and mixture of different types of exercises and digital as well as hard copies for home program.

Nicole is truly a wonderful PT. She is caring, efficient, skilled, patient, kind, and yet always challenges me to be persistent and courageous during my physical therapy for a total knee replacement. I was very fortunate to have Nicole as my physical therapist. She made a true impact on me.

After 3 failed attempts of trying to find a therapists so I wouldn't loose control and dexterity of right thumb, this women Kim Bowden OT, PT not only found time to see me, but made me feel much better. See is experienced, knowledgeable ,very good at her profession and hasn't lost compassion that alot of people loose in the medical field. Kudos

Amy and the entire staff are fantastic! From the very first day to the completion of my shoulder physical therapy, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, careful, and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am truly grateful to all of them, and if I ever need additional physical therapy, I would return without hesitation. Thank you.

My first visit to Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center Alpharetta was several years ago with excellent results from a very kind, caring and well-managed staff. I have recently gone back for unrelated physical therapy and I am happy to see that nothing has changed. The same faces I encountered several years ago are still there which reinforces the fact that this is a very good facility and not a revolving door operation like I have seen with other facilities. When you first arrive you will check in, typically with Zilka, who always is pleasant and happy to help with any paperwork you need to fill out. She starts your visit with a positive attitude and a smile. I am again working with Amy who is an extremely competent, seasoned physical therapist. She is very focused on your care, takes the time to listen and become familiar with your medical background and she continues to listen and adapt as you work through your therapy sessions. Unlike other facilities and therapists which give you the feeling you are just being herded through the process, she stays focused on your routines and easily picks up on which exercises you are doing well and which you are having difficulty with. From the moment you come in until you leave, you clearly get the message she cares about you, wants to help - and does! I once again highly recommend this facility. While doing your exercises and treatments you realize that this is not just a bunch of independent individuals but a team that gets along and supports one another. The net result is nothing but good.

Both my husband and I have age-related degenerating lumbar discs . Nicole at EROC has made us pain free and mobile. She is an efficient, experienced and patient physical therapist who has accomplished results beyond our wildest hopes.
