For it to be my 1st visit, everyone was so nice....from the receptionists, nurse, X-ray Tech and the doctor. My wait time upon checking in was less than 15 minutes and everything went at a steady pace. I went from checking in, to filling out paperwork, to going to a room then X-rays then back to the room and speaking with a doctor all within 45 minutes....NO prolonged waiting and by the time the Dr came in, my X-rays had been reviewed and he explained findings thoroughly. As of now, I'd recommend.

I am a long term patient and have always been treated extremely well. They take the time to answer any and all questions pertaining to my problems. The people working here are very professional while being kind and respectful. I highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars for how this doctor made me feel I would 100000% but unfortunately I can only put 1 star. I was seen on October 23, 2024 by the orthopedic surgeon(can’t remember his name but he was young and new to emergeortho) for carpal tunnel syndrome. I expressed my concern that I thought maybe I was having circulatory issues and that I was also seeing a cardiologist to rule that out as being the issue. He laughed and said I can about guarantee it’s not coming from your heart, if anything it’s coming from your neck. When I asked what caused this to basically happen overnight he said “bad luck”. What kind of doctor says these things to a patient? I asked my options he said cortisone shot(which I can’t do due to my bodies reaction to steroids), surgery or deal with it. He literally sat there the whole time shaking his leg like he couldn’t wait to get out of the room. He stated well I guess you should just come back when you’re cleared from the heart doctor in six weeks. Guess what? I do in fact have issues. I have dampened arteries in both hands/fingers causing blood not to flow which in turn in causing extra numbness and cold hands. Had I listened to him something bad could of happened. Always be your own ADVOCATE! Do not let a doctor make you feel unvalidated. I will say not all doctors there are like this but when it comes time for my surgery he will not be doing it. Doctors please consider your patients feelings and do not tap your foot/hand the entire time your in a room with someone.

Dr. Lewis and staff were great. He was very thorough and explained things very well. Great addition to have a neck and back specialist in town. I highly recommend him. The rest of the staff were great also.

Excellent facility! Great compassionate Staff,as well.Certainly a very nice place for a family member or friend, to be medically attended to,for their necessary specific needs.The location is clean, inside & out , particularly the bathroom section;which is extremely important. My friends, let your Case Manager know,if you have one,that you are interested in receiving their services. Their experience, will definitely provide you, with good satisfaction, but first; receive a valuable appointment....

Dr. Daniel Carpenter and his staff were awesome with my trigger finger surgery today. They made me feel very comfortable and my anxiety level dropped dramatically. The communication between everyone was great during the procedure. I would recommend Dr Carpenter and his staff to anyone. 10 out of 10 on all levels!!

My experience EmergeOrtho has been nothing but positive over the years! First time I was here was quite a few years ago during a sports injury with my youngest son… My wife was recently there for pinch nerve, My mom has been going there last couple of years for knee problems every visit the staff and the doctors were wonderful. Great service, very friendly staff and professional doctors! Always a great experience!!! highly recommend them!

This medical staff is on their game. I've been to many medical offices over the years and this location is a shining example of top quality healthcare. The staff is insightful, intuitive and caring. They are receptive and really pay attention to my long medical history and are doing amazing work to support my health needs. I am grateful for Dr. Wilson, Dr. Carpenter and their staff as well as the professional front desk and other appointment schedulers. This is the best experience I have ever had with any medical office in 30 years.
