Emerald City Therapies

We love ECT! My daughter does math tutoring with them and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We have always been treated so well and their prices are very reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone and I often do!!

Terribly unprofessional, I've been ignored and my calls purposely unanswered. I paid for their services for 2 years and I get treated like a second class client. They were hired to do an educational evaluation as well which was time sensitive and canceled with out so much a message to let me know. Then told some months after payment was made that they can't find a therapist to do the assessment. Then when emailed and called I was ignored. I'd give zero stars if I could. As far as speech therapy goes they spend 20 minutes a week, come out and tell you they worked really hard today but don't tell you what they did or what you can do at home to help. Not happy!

This place is suspect. Seems greedy. Did not even end up enrolling. It weirded me out when they said they wanted an enrollment fee on top of billing my insurance for intake. A great example of a broken healthcare system.

I can not say enough good things about Emerald City Therapies. Khara and Breanna work with my girls and their progress has been tremendous! Abby is thoughtful and honest and her help with evaluating and setting goals has been such an eye opener. I’m thankful for the whole staff and will always recommend them!
