Really knowledgeable, helpful and supportive group. The staff listen, help identify your issues and provide good therapy solutions. The really great team here helped me get through a painful hip and lower back pain situation that was preventing me from living the full life I want. Great help showing me exercises and stretches to help me improve my situation. Quick scheduling, top notch team!

I highly recommend Jessica and her team! She fixed my chronic back issues over the last year. I saw her frequently to start at the beginning of my treatment plan, but I was able to space out the visits as I improved. Before seeing Jessica, I had chronic back pain for the last 10 years that would wake me up at night and would hurt throughout the day. During my treatment, she identified where I was out of balance and where my muscle weakness was causing overcompensation with other muscles which was causing my pain. The exercises she gave me were totally doable, even when I was traveling for work. I stuck to my plan and can say that I am mostly pain free now. Everyone should see Jessica and her team if they are in pain or need PT!

Jessica Jones the business owner oh Emerald Bay Phyical Therapy is simply the best. I have had 4 surgeries that she has helped me heal from. Jess is professional caring and gets results. Her staff is top notch . It’s a small practice and everyone knows your name. Cheers to Emerald Bay P.T. You feel like your concerns are heard and whatever you need this practice goes above and beyond for you. I would not trust my P.T. To anyone else.

Emerald Bay Physical Therapy meets all my PT needs and goals. Nancy Ng is an especially gifted physical therapist. She intuitively knows exactly how to address all areas of pain (I have cervical and lumbar spine issues). She created a workout program for me that works on strengthening and stretching exercises, and my balance, as well. Tina is sweet and accommodating scheduling appointments and Lily is wonderful at overseeing my exercise program. Everyone is kind and capable. I highly recommend Emerald Bay Physical Therapy.

Emerald Bay Physical Therapy in South Lake Tahoe did a great job fitting my feet for custom molded foot orthotics. The clinic skillfully fitted orthotics customized to my feet that address my specific foot issues. My new orthotic insoles provide protection against pain and injury. I highly recommend Emerald Bay Physical Therapy.

They take a personal interest in your recovery with their one on one personal service, they really care, they let you know where your at and where you need improvement. I recently moved up from Los Angeles after surgery and I was referred to Emerald Bay P.T. from my doctor at Kerlan & Jobe in L.A. After serving in the military in Marine Corps & working for 31 yrs from a very physical and demanding career, I'm beat up. I've had 5 knee surgeries, one being a full knee replacement, 2 shoulder surgeries and one lower back surgery, so I would say I've had a lot of experience dealing with several different physical therapy places, as well as a wide variety of physical therapists and their treatments styles. In L.A. a lot of places (PT) are an open concept, there may be 10 people or more in P.T. with you and the therapists go from client to client. Not my favorite type of place to go to for P.T. I just felt like I was a number, and that I (we) in P.T. were not getting the attention to detail we needed...Kind of cookie cutter in my opinion. I've also been to smaller groups where you get little bit more attention. What I do not like is when you advise your therapist that a certain exercise hurts you more than it helps you compared to other exercises, and they continue to have you do the same exercise, which to me defeats the purpose. Not every exercise is good for everybody. Case in point, my last Physical Therapist continued to have me do the same exercises that would take me 2 days to recover. I didn't feel like I was healing and only getting worse and my P.T. guy was not listening to me. I finally left without finishing my schedule visits. I'm not dealing with anyone who is not willing listen to my concerns and issues regarding my injuries. I'm not more important than any one else, but it's not a one size fits all type physical therapy. Emerald Bay Physical Therapy is one on one.....That's the best type of treatment you can get. I can tell you Jessica is by far on top of my list if not the best Physical Therapist I've ever had. Jessica listens to every one of my issues, concerns regarding my injuries and my recovery every time I meet up with her for P.T. I've seen Jessica and her staff twice for surgeries to my knees. I attribute my speedy recoveries to the excellent knowledge, experience and care Jessica & her staff give! Thank you, Jessica, Kiley & Rachel, Reno
