I was experiencing intense throbbing pain in my shoulder and neck when I contacted Alysa for a massage. Her expertise in many aspects of physical therapy guided her to give me a session mostly consisting of myofascial release, which was very relaxing. She also did some deep massage at the end of our session. Now, in the 10 days since my session, I have been pain free and noticed a huge improvement in my neck and shoulder tension. She also sent me home with exercises and stretches to help keep working on my issues. I will definitely return to Alysa if or when I need more body work and I would absolutely recommend her.

I've recently been dealing with a lot stress and tension, and managing it wasn't always easy. Fortunately, a friend suggested I get in touch with Alysa to see if she might be able to help through physical therapy. This was something that I hadn't tried before, and I must say it was an experience that had extremely positive results. I don't recall what type of therapy was provided, but Alysa took time to ask questions and learn about what might be most beneficial for me. She helped me feel relaxed before therapy began. My experience was not only healing for my body, but my mind became more relaxed than it had been in a long time. Overall, I would say it was an extremely peaceful experience. Alysa was very professional, has a quiet and warm office environment and her rates were very reasonable. I was also surprised when I met a couple friends later on and they both commented on how I looked much more relaxed. I definitely wasn't expected that! High recommended!

It's the day after Thanksgiving, so I thought this was an appropriate time to leave my review for the amazing Alysa! I've been pretty active all my life, so a few injuries have happened along the way and I've worked with several Physical Therapists over the years. Injuries heal slowly no matter what, but the magic Alysa does is something I hadn't experienced from a PT before. Alysa's ability to tune in with the body is incredible. With Myofacial release, she allows the body to release with such subtle movements. It's not painful and at the same time you feel 'barely anything', it feels like something wondrous once you get up off the table and into the next few days. I saw Alysa for the first time a few months ago. We had scheduled a follow up appointment a week after. However, with life being crazy busy and preparing for an upcoming conference in Vegas, I had to cancel that appointment. And I soooo felt the difference in having not seen her. I've struggled with low back issues since 2016 when I fractured my sacrum falling down stairs. It's so hard to describe the subtlety of it. It's almost like what she does removes nervous system glitches that trains the body to release what it had been previously holding onto unnecessarily. You know the relaxing feeling your soul feels after a deep tissue massage, the one that goes away by the time you've left the building? That same kind of after-effect I feel after leaving Alysa's office lasts the whole day and days into the week. I've seen her now 3 times and I can also say the sessions have a cumulative affect. I probably need to schedule another session soon as I can see how it will likely chill me out during this time of year with holiday stress. Sorry I've been wordy, I just can't recommend her enough! Thanks Alysa, you're the BEST!

Alysa was a huge help with a low back injury I had. The first time I hurt it like this, it took months to heal, including a few weeks of barely being able to function. So when it went out a second time, I went to both her and a chiropractor. Alysa correctly diagnosed my issue while the chiropractor incorrectly diagnosed it as a bulging disc. After just a few sessions of myofascial work and a week of the prescribed exercises, my pain and tightness were almost completely gone. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The experience of the myofascial sessions are also very relaxing and pleasurable and leave my body looser and more open.

Right off the bat, I felt very welcomed by Alysa. She is kind, patient, and attentive. I received a myofascial session from her and can also attest to her skill as a therapist. I felt my tension slowly melting away through our session and left feeling much more free and open in my body. I highly recommend a session with her!

Alysa , omg, wow. I feel so much better. Completely refreshed. That myofascial release stuff is amazing. At times, I felt the stress gradually let go, and then there was energy running through my body, only to melt through unwinding into deep relaxation. I came up from Boulder to her clinic in Louisville, after meeting Alysa in Denver and hearing about her physical therapy practice. Addressing my chronic pain with subtle myofascial therapy was so wonderful.

Alysa is kind, patient, and provides excellent treatment. She took the time to really understand my history and injuries and made me feel welcome and cared for. She used Myofascial Release on me which helped release some really old injuries that have been bothering me for a while. I will definitely be going back to see her again.
