the insurance authorization person treats disabled veterans terrible. Wont help. Wont make a phone call. Wont do anything. The supervisor said they would take care of…never heard a word back from her. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. If i would Have know this…I wouldn't Have even had my referral sent to this company. Unbelievable.
