Arienne is so professional, educated, and gives so much information. After leaving my appointment, I felt so much better informed about my own body. She should teach this class for high school girls! I am so happy I went to see her and constantly recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr. Arienne is the best! After I gave birth to my first baby 7 months ago, she helped me get my body back together. My core was week, and slowly with her help I regained my strength, not only did she helped me with my body but also gave my support as a firts time mom. She also does dry needling, and that helped with my c-section scar tissue, and with muscle ache in my lower back. Dry needling is the best. I higly recomend Dr. Arienne!!!

I worked with Dr. Arienne through my second pregnancy and was able to have the birth I wanted. She gave me lots of tips and support to help at every stage and it was easy to discuss some of the most intimate aspects of birth and pregnancy with her. I have and would recommend her to anyone before, during, or after pregnancy!

I scheduled a virtual appointment with Arienne as I live in PA and it was incredibly beneficial for me! Although an in-person would have had its advantages, Arienne listened to my issues and concerns and had me work on some breathing techniques combined with muscle exercises via video. She has a way with words that I could understand exactly what I had been doing wrong and how to fix it moving forward. Plus, she made me feel so comfortable with talking about awkward girl stuff, ha. She also recommended a very helpful pelvic device that I still use today!

I started working with Arienne during the pandemic after having my first son. I know it was hard analyzing, guiding and assessing virtually but Arienne made me feel so cared for. She helped me feel comfortable and gave me movements to work on that improved and strengthened my core and pelvic floor throughout months of postpartum and well after I got pregnant with my second child! I appreciate her so much!

Arienne is an awesome PT. I originally came to her for help with pelvic floor issues. I struggled with painful sex, menstrual cup instruction, and pap smears for my entire adolescence and adult life. She's great at the actual physical therapy, but her compassion and active listening make all the difference. I worked with her for almost a year on these issues and troubleshooted problems every PT session. While it seems trivial, for the first time in my life, I was able to have pain-free intercourse with my partner. I also recently got an IUD put in, which I was dreading, but it was relatively pain-free! She's truly one of the best providers I've worked with.

Arienne has been amazing and so helpful. During pregnancy I originally went to her for vaginismus and after pregnancy she has continued to help me with the same thing and postpartum issues. I couldn’t thank her enough for everything. She is so gentle and probably one of the only people I trust.
