I have been experiencing chronic pain in my head, neck and shoulders, and after seeing Maria I have experienced dramatic reduction in pain, more so than I ever experienced after massage or chiropractic care, which seemed very temporary at best. My wife recommended Maria after her visit. I did not have an immediate issue, rather I had things that had been building for 20+ years. I was experiencing low back & hip pain that had progressed to a point that I could no longer play golf, surf or work in the yard. I tried medication, exercise, rest, massage and a lot of YouTube gurus. Some of these brought some temporary relief but nothing to help me get back to doing the things I wanted to do. Enter Maria - right away during the evaluation I knew MFR was different than anything I had tried. She took as much time as necessary to learn all she could about me. After my first session I felt a difference. After my third visit I played golf - full swing pain free. And now that the water is 75 degrees, I'll be paddling out . I am moving into maintenance mode as I've been feeling terrific. Maria is teaching me exercises and techniques to keep me pain free. Words can't describe how grateful I am to have found Maria and to be able to do the things I used to take for granted.

I found Maria at Elpis MFR when I started having hip pain and neither my chiropractor nor masseuse were helping. Maria is an amazing therapist. She has treated me for several issues and every one of my body issues have been either eliminated or improve tremendously. She treated for the following: 1) my lower back issue and the pain is completely gone. 2) I had a surgery for my broken wrist and her therapy improving the recovering process. 3) my stiff neck is no longer stiff.

Maria is a master at MFR therapy. She knows her craft! I was referred to her after suffering from intracoastal pain and difficulty with my mobility after major surgery. I’ve done two (2) treatments and the changes in my mobility are amazing. She is an excellent listener and is very gentle with her patients. She knows how to manipulate the body and how everything is interconnected. My pain has almost subsided and I can do much more physically than I could before visiting Elpis MFR.
