My first experience with Physical/Occasional Therapy was an excellent one with Elm Tree Physical Therapy in Hamlin. The staff was friendly from the moment I entered the door. The facility is a very beautiful and calming environment. The staff was knowledgeable and caring about my concerns. They listened and found ways to address and personalize my care, which brought positive, noticeable results. I thank them for being there for me and seeing me through a trying time. I highly recommend Elm Tree to anyone who is in need of PT/OT.

I discovered Elm Tree by chiropractor and massage therapist’s recommendation. I had a short three week program to help with my neck and hip/sciatica. They were all very helpful and accommodating because I was leaving for the winter. Jenna listened thoughtfully and helped me put together a program so that I could continue to progress when I left. She’s very skilled, attentive, sweet and compassionate. The rest of the staff were also lovely and positive. The facility is very new and clean. Thank you Elm Tree.

I had a tremendous experience with Elm Tree physical therapy in Lake Ariel. From the moment walking in the door and being greeted by Tina to the day I finished shoulder therapy 5 months later, you always felt welcomed and taken care of. Tina was always sweet and accommodating. The physical therapists were all great! I worked with Gina, Kristina, Carley and Stefan. The care was second to none. I would highly recommend physical therapy with this group!

My experience at Elm Tree, Hamlin has been wonderful. Tina, Connor, Stefan, Mitchell, Christina and Cam have done a great job in getting me strong again and pain free. I will always recommend them to everyone needing physical therapy.

Elmtree is the best! When you walk through the door, nine times out of ten, you are greeted with a smiling face by Tina. She is the sweetest woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! I have worked with most of the physical therapist and they are all amazing people as well! They make sure you are comfortable with the stretching and exercises they provide, and if you are in pain, they easily tweak your program to better accommodate you. Every single person there is so personable and you can tell they all love their job. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained and very inviting. I originally started going for an ankle injury from running, but with open communication, I was able to work out other aches and pains I have been having and feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend Elmtree for all of your physical therapy needs!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful care I got at Elmtree Hamlin. From the first moment, greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, to the professionalism and skill of the therapists, it was an encouraging and positive experience. I was skeptical that PT could help ease my neck issues; gratefully, the care I received proved me wrong. I especially want to mention Kristina DeMarco, whose kindness and expertise in hands on care, as well as educating me in “homework”, has made a huge difference in alleviating my symptoms. Appreciated the assistance I was given to get me stronger - each exercise or stretch helped me to better hone in on muscles that needed to support my back and knees and core! I selected the Hamlin, PA facility for outpatient therapy after total hip replacement for both hips about six months apart. All of the therapists I worked with were caring and competent for that level of surgery. This facility is modern, clean, plenty of private therapy rooms, and quality exercise equipment that is on par with hospital in-patient recovery therapy. There is ample off street parking near the entrance. The entire staff is friendly, sociable, and the therapist are well qualified.
