My husband and I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and have been pleased with them until recently. The last few months have been horrible! We can’t get the treatment we need because they don’t have a “regular” NP to see us and we never know who we are going to get. They don’t know our history and you have to go through every detail with each visit, and then, if your lucky, they might have enough medical knowledge to do what is needed. Unfortunately, we have not been that lucky. I was told abruptly that I would have to find a new primary since I take gabapentin and the clinic will no longer be writing RX’s for controlled substances. This is a medication I need in order to function due to extensive nerve damage resulting from multiple spinal cord issues. I do not take this medication because I like it, I take this medication because I need it to function. Congress should start focusing on fixing this problem with the medical field in general. I definitely would not recommend this clinic to anyone with medical issues greater than a cold. I do not post reviews often, and usually I focus on positivity when I do post one. However, I feel this was definitely needed in this instance.

Absolutely amazing service from this facility. Blood drawn Monday, saw an CNP Tuesday, mammogram done Wednesday, seen by cardiology also on Wednesday, called on Thursday with additional blood work results and prescriptions. I just couldn’t be more impressed!

Pardon my annoymous name, I do not like my first and last name for everyone on the internet to see but I wanted to let everyone know how badly this place has gone downhill. Spent 30 dollars on a doctor appointment and the doctor wrote my prescription incorrectly and they didn't even attempt to call in any of my prescriptions. They told me to return the next day to pick it up and when I did they refused to write a new prescription. Gave a BS reasoning that I was on another medication before, but they were completely aware of that while I was in the office. 100% ridiculous that you will let a patient suffer because of a mistake they made. They have also lost all their medicaid patients now for some reason. Don't waste your copay here.

I had been going here for years before the pandemic, but now they have new cnps and won't see me because I'm considered a new patient. Gave me an appointment, rescheduled it for the next day, then called and said they couldn't see me at all.

Outstanding experience. Staff are efficient, professional, compassionate and are truly concerned about your primary health care.

The office has a magnificent staff and they make you comfortable while listening to you and providing superb service.

Can't find them open, won't answer phone, THE FACILITY HAS DISAPPEARED,!!!!!!
