I cannot say enough good about Laura! My 2 month old at the time had a lip tie and had to have it clipped. She worked with him every week to make sure we kept it stretched out and also kept his cheek stretched out so it wouldn’t turn into a cheek tie. You can just tell she absolutely puts all her passion into what she does! Not to mention my baby absolutely loved her! Thank you Laura for being so personable and professional!

Laura is amazing! I have MTD and she has taken my voice from a forced whisper to a voice that can be heard in a short time. She listens to your needs and develops a plan to fit your situation. My schedule can be crazy so it helps that Laura is very responsive to the scheduling needs of her clients. By far the best around!!

Located right behind Hardee’s on William Street in Cape. This business is clean and welcoming. My first time for an infrared sauna and it was so calming and refreshing. You can adjust the temperature for your own preference. The light therapy can rotate through the spectrum or you can select one color to focus on a specific need. I felt so good when I left. Definitely plan on returning.

Today was the first time I actually spent much time in the sauna and it was incredible. After I left my mood became so much calmer and my BB joint’s with arthritis i couldn’t even feel any pain for hours. I couldn’t believe it C it N was truly amazing. I go there for therapy but today I treated myself. There therapy does me a lot of good too. I always scoffed at sort of stuff but it really does help. N Laura Randen is my therapist and I just love her. Hod sent her into my life just when I needed her. If you need any sort of therapy I absolutely recommend them. I came to Elite to try their infrared salt sauna after a deep tissue massage. It was just what my body needed! My sore muscles were able to loosen back up after the salt and heat did its work. I'll definitely be adding this to my self care routine. Bonus: my skin felt so soft after! And double bonus: it seats two people, so take a friend!

I do the monthly membership to the infrared sauna. I love all the benefits… the body detox, faster muscle recovery after hard workouts, less acne and wrinkles, burnt calories… totally worth the money for someone who likes to look and feel good!

I highly recommend the infrared sauna! My five-year-old son is prone to asthma attacks. At the first sign of respiratory distress I booked a same-day appointment for he and I to have an infrared sauna treatment. He coughed a few times that day and the next then was 100% recovered the second day.
