My child has been in therapy for three years. Recently, her therapist retired. She recommended Elite Therapy. I was so nervous about making a switch. It is hard when your child has special needs and you have to start over. I called Elite and Delana walked me through the entire process. She was so patient and explained everything in detail from insurance to scheduling. My girl has been at Elite for a little over 6 months now. She is making great progress and everyone has made the transition so seamless.

My son has been coming here since he was a month old (he is currently 2). He has down syndrome and has had many extended stays in the hospital his first year that slowed his progress. We have had the pleasure of working with almost everyone there (he goes for speech/ feeding therapy and OT. We are working on switching to PT here as well). It is very much a family feel for us. We are there at least 2 days a week and if I have any questions outside of office hours I can always get answers. We LOVE it here! ❤

The best. My son who's autistic, has sensory processing issues, and struggles with motor skills has progressed in ways I know has been because of Elite! His speech has improved! He went from non verbal to one word paraphrasing , pointing, and even sign languages at time! My son can read pretty well and I feel as if they enhanced his capabilities to read and identify words! They played a MAJOR role in his word identification! When my baby (Tyler) first started he had very little attention span and focus but after Elite therapy becoming a routine for him he's capable of having focus a lot longer than what he started!!!! He's gotten better at putting his shoes and clothes on, also!!!! I appreciate this establishment so much!!!!!!!!!!!! They'll never know!!! They really prepared Tyler for school! (Which he loves!) They take it session by session and do an amazing job of cultivating the seeds until it blooms into something healthy!! My biggest appreciation that I have for them is the fact that they still handle him even on bad days!!!! I love and appreciate them not giving up on him when he fusses and is very Moody!!! They still work with him as much as possible!!!! Thank you, Elite therapy for all you done!!!! The ultimate help to watch your child progress in tremendous ways!!!!! ***ALSO they are very professional and nice!!!! A very warm hearted environment!!! Kind hearted STAFF!!!

My 13 year old son and I were greeted by the rudest office manager the second she opened the door to us. Four days before this, when I made the appt, she offered to email me the paperwork or I could come 15 minutes early to fill it out. Well, it took her 5 hours to email the the paperwork and I was already at the airport when she sent it. My flight came in extremely late (1am) the night before my son's appointment and I had had another son at home with a concussion that I was taking care of (and another kid to get to school) so I opted to arrive early to my appointment. Delana didn't even smile when she opened the door. She was immediately mad that I didn't have the paperwork done and sent us to our car. When she brought the paperwork to my car she had an attitude AGAIN. I was not about to send my 13 year old son into their office for 4 hours with someone like that. She refused to let me speak to anyone else too. This is a business that is supposed to help children? No thanks.

I absolutely love Elite Therapy. They were very professional and listened to me and my son. Dr Goetz is absolutely the best! She took her time to explain everything to us. She was able to understand it all and put it together for us. I knew my sons last evaluation was wrong and she did a great job diagnosing and I feel like we have the answers now. Thank you Dr Goetz!!

Our first visit was fine, they required my 4 year old son to wear a mask. Shea told me it’s because he is in school, I told her he was withdrawn that week but that we would comply for that day. The second visit (2-3 weeks later), I reminded Shea my son was withdrawn from school before the last visit so he wouldn’t need to wear a mask. She walked with my son to the front door then turned and asked if he had a mask... right after I just talked to her about it... I reminded her she said he wouldn’t have to if he wasn’t in school which she admitted to saying, stood at the doorway a few seconds and then she proceeded inside with my son. When they came out, my son had a mask on. If Shea was concerned and felt like she didn’t want to do a session without the mask I really wish she would have COMMUNICATED with me about that instead of taking my child away from me and doing what she felt like right after we exchanged words about it! What a violation to me as a parent and to my child. It was mentioned twice before they entered the building, at any point she could have told me she would rather he wear it but she chose not to express that to me and instead put a mask on my son without my knowledge. After the appointment she tells me this session was more of a getting comfortable lesson, as he was too shy. My son was taken from me, and Shea did what she felt like even after we discussed, at no point stopping to think and ask me. Of course my child would be too shy or afraid with a stranger at that point. I wish I didn’t pay for that session because now I feel robbed and my child violated.

Three years ago we adopted a 9yo with significant delays. The office staff, as well as the therapists, were kind, patient and attentive. Our child experienced progress while working with the staff at Elite.

This office manager Dalena messed up my day today. She is just so rude and inconsiderate. Just when I was about to head off for my child's appt I realized my tire was flat. I quickly called a friend who leaves close to me to bring me her car. While on my way I texted that I was running late. This lady said their policy does not allow them to see a child for less than 15 minutes and that I should reschedule. I texted saying I will be there in no time. I made it there at exactly 2:40pm meaning my baby still had 20 minutes for them to work with her. When I rang the bell her therapist came out saying she couldn't see my child. I asked her why when she still got 20 mins and their cut off time is 15 minutes why then can you not see her? While still talking with the therapist, this Delena lady opened the door and rudely asked the therapist to go in She did not allow me to say anything and closed the door right after her. This is so rude and unacceptable to me. To make things worse there was no patient there at the time ad the parking lot was woth zero car but mine. You can see how people will hide under the umbrella of policy to be very mean and rude to others This is what makes it difficult for business to retend customers. This lady has a 0/10 on customer service. For a moment, I thought I was the problem but after going through the reviews and the experiences others have had with her, I am now very certain that she is a rude and mean person. It will do the business a great benefit if they give her customer relationship training. She needs some training for real.
