I’ve been to other local rehab places before that after spending months doing rehab, I didn’t feel like I was any better than when I first started. They have SO many other clients scheduled on top of each other that it’s impossible to get 1 on 1 assistance with a therapist. A tech is assigned to you and doesn’t know any more about therapy than I do. Here at Elite, Tara is absolutely AMAZING! She knows what she’s doing and she works 1 on 1 with you. The exercises/stretches/etc. that she has had me do have helped me regain motion, strength and movement in my shoulder! If you are looking to have Physical Therapy done, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!
