I am a repeat customer with Elite Physical Therapy. I’ve had previous experiences with several physical therapy operations within and outside of the area---in both Florida and Alabama. I can honestly say that none have been more personable and effective than Elite Physical Therapy. Dr. Pennington and Jesse are both highly knowledgeable and well versed in the mechanics of the body. Each experience has been similar to a thorough follow up doctor’s appointment on the area(s) impacted. More often than not they both have answered questions during my appointments on my physical recovery in which the doctor was unable to answer---providing a hopeful outlook and peace of mind. All my experiences have been more than pleasant and highly effective in my path(s) to recovery. If you are looking to go to physical therapy “just because the doctor said to go” ---and have a desire to only go through the motions and not do the required work, then Elite Physical Therapy is NOT the place for you. However, if you are looking for an effective path to recovery with a personable and inclusive atmosphere, and you are willing to do the required work, Elite Physical Therapy IS the place for you. You will be thoroughly impressed with the results.

I have been a patient at Elite Physical Therapy on several occasions over the last few years. I have always had success in my healing. I went for my Hip, my back, my foot, my hand, my shoulder! In 2022, I had a total knee replacement. I was doing well with my therapy but I got really sick with Sepsis, which is a life threatening condition in your blood. I was hospitalized for a week, everything was trying to shut down. I pulled through by the Grace of God! I was given a second chance. I was not done with my knee replacement therapy because I was too weak. I had to wait three weeks before I could return! I had a lot of specialist Drs. taking care of me at this time and I had appointments every other day. I didn't think I would ever finish my therapy because I just didn't have the energy. Dr. Pennington informed me that she and her assistants would help me to get back to being me! I didn't not think I would be able to take care of myself independently again after having someone to do everything for me. But I was determined and I was focused on getting better. I never missed a visit that Elite therapy would give me. The staff was patient and caring. They encouraged me everyday, even on my worse days! They really cared about me getting better! They were always a phone call away if I had questions! I can truly say I owe my well being and getting back to being active and traveling again to Elite Physical Therapy. I am not yet 100% but I think I am getting stronger each and every day. I continue to use the skills and mindset that Sabrina and her knowledgeable staff has given me! I recommend Elite Physical Therapy to anyone or your family member who just needs to get stronger, not only for illness or surgery, but to get back to living. Try Elite Physical Therapy I promise, you want be disappointed!

Dr. Pennington and Jessie are very knowledgeable and hands on. They both ensure the wellbeing and overall recovery of each patient. The name says it all, the service is ELITE and top notch!!

Everything in my life since my car wreck has been a complete disaster. I worried if my knee would ever be the same again. After I finally got the surgery 7-8 months after the accident, I began coming here for pt. Every time I walk in, it’s like my pain instantly would improve compared to how I was just feeling. In the beginning I was coming in with crutches and could hardly even flex my leg. Now I’m still coming and have started to extensive leg strengthening exercises while continuing to stretch out my knee. I am almost done with this journey. Sabrina and Jesse work very well together and are very pleasant to work with. I will always appreciate this place, and these two, for helping me get my life back in control.

Jesse and Sabrina are awesome.... make it so easy going.. they push you when you need it and tell you to take it easy when you need to.. definitely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for physical therapy.. will be going back when I have my second shoulder surgery myself forsure.
