I've gone to see Austin at Elite Physical Therapy for two injuries: an impinged shoulder and a partially torn bicep. With my shoulder, my mobility improved after my first session. Following my second session, I was pain free. What Austin did to my bicep was nothing short of magic. After injuring it lifting weights, I took a month off to recover and had ZERO improvement. I still had a golf ball sized knot in my arm and couldn't lift 15lbs. I went to see Austin and he dry-needled and hooked the tens unit up to my bicep. After just that one visit, I had 80% of my strength restored. Within a few visits, Austin had me well on my way to recovery. If only I would've gone to him sooner! The most impressive thing to me, however, was not my progress, but how well Austin predicted how I would feel. Everything he told me about what to expect, how I would feel, and when I would feel it happened exactly. And beyond the care he gives in the office, Austin does an incredible job checking in between visits. Through both injuries, Austin has been very welcoming, knowledgeable, and did a tremendous job communicating the causes for my pain and what my recovery would look like. I trust Austin and cannot recommend Elite enough!
